I currently rent from Keyrenter Houston. Last week I had little drip under the sink and went online and reported it as a non-emergency. The response time was quick. A couple hours later the plumber was knocking on my door with a smile and the problem was quickly resolved!

So over this company will literally charge you to fix anything in your apartment. They don’t like to come out and when they do they don’t communicate or come days after the request has been sent. As a single female having to repair everything like i own this place is beyond ridiculous,!

We’ve been renting through Keyrenter for the last 2 years after returning to Houston. As repairs have been needed, we find the response from staff very expeditious and gratifying. They really try to satisfy their tenants as needs arise.

We’ve really enjoyed living in this building so far. The location fits perfectly with both our lifestyle and work commitments. The people at the office respond within five minutes of our requests and they are courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful.

Keyrenter has been so amazing from start to finish. Vic was extremely prepared when first scheduling the tour. We got prompt feedback for every viewing and a weekly catch up! Once everything was approved, all was incredible. I was putting a lot of pressure on timings and Vic was able to coordinate all the showings.
