Great ice cream shop with tons of “paletas” flavors, toppings, and dippings to choose from. Everything was delicious and there were so many fun combinations. Definitely a great spot to satisfy a sweet craving! - too, sweet 😉

I came here for the first time on my birthday on Monday night around 9:30 pm. The place was very quiet and there was no rush at all. I ordered a chocolate fudge paleta with crunchy hazelnut dip and Oreo topping. The shop had a sign saying that any paleta with dip and topping comes with a free waffle bowl. After ordering, I asked the worker if I could get the waffle bowl, and she told me I should have mentioned it earlier and that she couldn’t give it to me anymore. Since it was my first visit, I didn’t know I had to specifically ask for it, and that wasn’t written anywhere. I even asked if I could still get it on the side, but she refused. Right after I paid, she sat down and went on her phone. It honestly felt like she was lazy and didn’t want to make the waffle bowl. The paleta itself was good but poorly presented, not nicely like on their picture, and the customer service left a bad impression, especially on a birthday visit.

came in here for the first time because it was the only dessert open , we decided to try . jesus christ when i saw the price i was shocked . paid $29 for 3 plain paletas and one with coconut flakes. we drove like 25 min so we had to stay . never again honestly is overpriced. asked for water and they didn’t had any , not even bottled . out of the three i would recommend the passion fruit. the coconut is very slimy i would expect the flavors to be better than the refresqueria . sorry i wouldn’t come back

Open till late ♥️nice end of the night! You can take your palestra and enjoying it in the outside area . I’m Italian it felt like be in Europe. Walk around the city and have your paleta.

Usually love this place, but today we came in and were told we could not get any dippings or toppings. The employee behind the counter had absolutely no clue why and couldn’t have been less interested in our dismay. Myself and my children along with the two people in front of us all turned around and left. Just bizarre!!
