The stay at the Grayson was great even though it was short lived. The office staff was always available to serve. Mara Napier welcomed me with opened arms. The stay at the Grayson was easy and convenient. I definitely would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place short term or long term!

I’ve been living here for more than 1.5 years. The office staff is very friendly and courteous, always helpful and ready to take care of maintenance, whenever they’re call for it…I love this property because t’s a quiet and very peaceful. The property always kept very clean and looking nice. The pool It’s very nice and you can spend a relaxing afternoon, swimming or just hanging around just having fun at it❣️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Community & Fun Resident Events! I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff does a great job making residents feel welcome. One of the things I appreciate most is that they host events that actually bring people together. Recently, they hosted a Paint & Sip class and it was such a fun experience. It was relaxing, creative, and a great way to meet neighbors. The atmosphere was laid back, everyone was laughing, painting, and just enjoying the evening together. Events like that make living here feel more like a real community rather than just an apartment complex. Overall, it’s been a great place to live. Between the friendly staff like Ashley,Jamilah, and Mara and the nice amenities, and the fun resident events, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home. 🎨✨

These apartments can be misleading. Everything seemed fine at first, and I decided to move in despite some of the negative reviews I had read. However, my experience changed completely at move-out. In my opinion, management places questionable and excessive charges on residents’ final statements, and once you move out, it becomes very difficult to challenge them effectively. When you dispute the charges, getting clear explanations or supporting documentation can be frustrating. The property itself is relatively quiet, but I strongly recommend that anyone who rents here keep thorough records, save all documents, and take detailed photos both at move-in and move-out. Without proper documentation, you may find yourself facing charges that seem unreasonable, and if you do not pay them, the debt may ultimately be sent to collections and negatively impact your credit. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective residents to proceed with caution.

Moved from Minnesota to Texas and this is the place we got…. Having never been to Texas to see it just a good friend doing it for us we decided to move in. The first issue we had was roaches. They tried to tell us we brought the roaches with us from Minnesota… in the dead of winter. Roaches aren’t a thing in Minnesota like that especially in the winter but they said since we just moved in they would cover the cost which is weird since we pay for pest control. Another thing is there are wasp in the hallways all year round and on balconies. Had issues with dishwasher had to make like 6 maintenance request before it was actually fixed. Our washer makes a horrible noise and when maintenance came the said it was fixed and it still isn’t but can’t be bothered to make 5 more maintenance request and it not be fixed. Then the mold. I have a young child and horrible mold in the shower. Put in a maintenance request and they sent pest control, sent two more and they marked it completed, sent a 4th and they emailed me saying it was discoloration and I wasn’t cleaning out shower. I emailed back and forth for awhile and then they said if I’d like they said someone out and I said yes please and got no response the next day My husband had to go down to office for them to send someone. I have no idea if the issue is fixed but based off other reviews there is a huge mold problem within the walls/vent. Can’t wait to move out and now scared for all the unnecessary stuff they are going to charge us based off other reviews. Dog shit everywhere I watch people multiple times a day let their dog shit and not pick it up. Not kid friendly at all no place for them at all and cars drive so fast. Baseboards in kitchen aren’t even real… some yellow/orange foam shit and the paint comes off so easily when simply moping… so if I get carded for baseboards do you can “upgrade” your shitty apartment I’ll make sure your whole building gets inspected and taken down for mold. Counters in bathrooms were cracked or not there and took months for them to fixed when we told them about it before we even moved in.
