- Best Pizza in Pearland, TX: Pizzerias by Style, Dine-In or Delivery
Pearland's best pizza argument happens on one road. Drive West Broadway and you'll pass a Detroit-style pizzeria from Austin, a New York-style shop whose family brought its ovens from New York, a wood-fired kitchen and the original location of a Pearland-born pizza-and-beer bar that now has locations across the Houston area. By street number, Brooklyn Pizzeria (9215) and Via 313 (9250) are just 35 apart.
Here's the quotable version: in Pearland, deciding on pizza isn't about where. It's about which style, and whether you're eating it in a booth or on the couch.
This guide sorts the best pizza in Pearland by style, then tells you which picks are built for dine-in and which ones are built for delivery.
What we mean by Pearland
Pearland covers a lot of ground between SH 288 and the Gulf Freeway. For this guide, Pearland means places with a Pearland, TX address on their official website, from Shadow Creek Ranch and Pearland Town Center near SH 288, east along Broadway (FM 518) through Old Town and North Main Street, to Pearland Parkway and Dixie Farm Road.
We left out Friendswood, Manvel, Alvin and Houston's Clear Lake and South Belt areas, even though Pearland families eat there all the time. For more on the city, start with our Pearland area guide.
The quick list
- For the crispy, cheesy edge everyone fights over: Via 313's Detroit-style squares.
- For a New York slice at lunch: Russo's at Pearland Town Center.
- For delivery from the pizzeria's own drivers: Brooklyn Pizzeria.
- For Pearland's homegrown pizza and a cold beer: Center Court Pizza & Brew.
- For a wood-fired pie and a real dinner out: Grazia Italian Kitchen.
- For halal toppings and a shawarma on the side: Ahlan Pizza & Mediterranean.
- For bringing your own bottle of wine: Santa Barbara Italian Cafe.
- For a Sicilian square and a patio: Italiano's.
How we chose
We started with the city's own visitor dining directory, then kept only pizzerias that show a Pearland location on their own official website with current hours, a menu or online ordering. Every pick below was checked that way in October 2026. We favored places that do something specific well, a style, a crust, a reason to choose them, over generic national chains, and included a few regional chains when their Pearland store earns it.
Hours change, so treat every schedule here as "typically" and check the official site before you go.
Detroit-style squares
Via 313
West Pearland, 9250 Broadway St, Suite 190 · dine-in, takeout
Via 313 is named for Detroit's area code, and its founders, Brandon and Zane Hunt, are Detroit natives. They opened the first Via 313 out of a trailer in Austin in December 2011. The pizza is a true Detroit square: dough proofed slowly for one to two days, baked in heavy steel pans like the auto-parts trays the style grew out of, with cheese pushed to the very edge of the pan so it caramelizes into a crunchy crust. The sauce goes on top, after the bake.
What to order: The Detroiter or The Cadillac, two of the house specialty squares. Order one more than you think you need.
Best for: dine-in. The brand pours craft cocktails and local beers, and in our opinion those crunchy corners never taste better than straight out of the pan.
Jet's Pizza (East Pearland)
East Pearland, 2708 Pearland Pkwy at FM 518 · takeout and delivery
Jet's is a national chain, and its Pearland store sits next to the H-E-B at Pearland Parkway and Broadway. Its buttery Detroit-style square is the headliner, but the menu also covers deep dish, hand-tossed, New York style, thin crust and a gluten-free crust. The store typically stays open until 10 p.m., and 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
What to order: the 8 Corner Pizza, which Jet's names alongside its sauce as a house favorite.
Best for: delivery to east Pearland on a weeknight.
New York style
Russo's New York Pizzeria
Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway St, Suite 635 · dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering
Russo's makes its dough fresh daily and its lasagna, gnocchi, sauces and dressings in-house, according to its Pearland page, with family recipes the brand dates to 1978. It's an easy lunch stop if you're shopping at Pearland Town Center: daily lunch specials include pizza-by-the-slice combos. It also has a gluten-free menu and Halal options, which makes it useful for mixed groups.
What to order: the Doppio Pepperoni pizza, or the Truffle Burrata and Prosciutto pie if you want something richer.
Best for: a fast slice at lunch, or a sit-down family dinner near SH 288.
Brooklyn Pizzeria
West Pearland, 9215 W Broadway St · counter-service dine-in, takeout, own delivery
Brooklyn Pizzeria is a family business that opened its first Houston-area shop in Humble in 2006, after starting in New York in 1987. Its Pearland store opened on March 17, 2018. The family says the ovens from its original New York store came to Houston with them, and that every restaurant grates its own Wisconsin whole-milk mozzarella and hand-tosses its dough.
Insider tip: Brooklyn delivers with its own team, not a third-party app, and its Pearland delivery area includes west Pearland, Shadow Creek Ranch, Silverlake and Manvel. Hours are typically 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
Best for: delivery, and families. The store has high chairs and a kids' menu.
Ahlan Pizza & Mediterranean
North Main Street, 2010 N Main St · dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering
Ahlan pairs New York-style pizza, made with dough prepared daily, with a full Mediterranean menu of shawarma and kebabs. Its website says all of its meats are 100% certified halal, which makes this one of the easiest pizza nights in Pearland for families who eat halal.
What to order: a pepperoni pie for the table and a shawarma plate to share.
Best for: a mixed group where half want pizza and half don't.
Pizza Parlor
Near Pearland Town Center, 2810 Business Center Dr · takeout and delivery
Pizza Parlor is a no-frills neighborhood shop that runs its ordering through Slice and asks customers to order through its app to avoid extra fees. The menu goes well beyond cheese and pepperoni: chicken fajita, chicken pesto and five-cheese pizzas, plus cauliflower and gluten-free crusts. It's typically open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Best for: a cheap Friday night pickup for a crowd. Check the deals on its site before you order.
Pizza and a pint
Center Court Pizza & Brew
Two Pearland locations: 9721 W Broadway St, Suite 101, and 2560 Pearland Pkwy, Suite 182 · dine-in, bar, takeout, delivery
Here's the "I didn't know that": Center Court started in Pearland. The first one opened on Pearland's west side in June 2006, built around made-to-order pizza and beer from local breweries. Today it has locations across the Houston area, but the West Broadway store is still called the "Pearland Original" on its website. Expect a sports-bar crowd, local craft beer, and specialty pizzas with sports names like the Free Throw and the Touchdown.
What to order: the Free Throw (pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushroom and green pepper) or the Greek.
Best for: watching a game. Both Pearland stores also deliver.
Wood-fired and Italian kitchens
Grazia Italian Kitchen
West Pearland, 9415 Broadway St, Suite 103 · dine-in, bar, brunch, takeout
Grazia is the pick when pizza night should feel like a night out. Its founders describe the menu as Texas comfort food rooted in Italian tradition, and the wood-fired oven turns out pies like the Robusto (pepperoni, bacon, sausage and seasoned beef), a classic Margherita and the "Garcia" with a jalapeño ranch base. The kitchen also does Gulf seafood and locally sourced Wagyu, so not everyone at the table has to order pizza.
Insider tip: reservations are required for parties of six or more, so book ahead for birthdays. Don't skip the lasagna egg rolls.
Best for: date night or dinner with the grandparents.
Italiano's
Shadow Creek Ranch area, 11710 Broadway St, Suite 102 · dine-in, patio, bar, takeout, delivery
Italiano's is a family-owned restaurant in The Centre at Ridge Rock, near Broadway and Kirby Drive and about a mile off SH 288. It makes both New York-style and Sicilian pizzas, and it has a patio, an indoor dining room and seats at the bar. It's typically open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
What to order: the Sicilian, if you like a thicker square crust.
Best for: an easy sit-down dinner, or takeout on the way home from the Medical Center.
Taglia Fresh Italian
East Pearland, 3115 Dixie Farm Rd, Suite 101 · dine-in, takeout, catering
Taglia is a casual Italian spot built around scratch-made pasta, house sauces and handcrafted pizza from the oven, with green booths, red napkins and wine by the glass. It's the east-side answer when someone wants pasta and someone else wants pizza.
Best for: a relaxed weeknight dinner on the Dixie Farm Road side of town.
Santa Barbara Italian Cafe
East Pearland, 5020 Broadway St · dine-in, takeout
Santa Barbara is old-school in the best way. Its Pizza Mia comes with your choice of up to five toppings, and pizzas and pastas are served with soup or salad and garlic bread. The detail locals love: you can bring your own favorite wine, for a small per-person setup fee listed on its menu. It's typically open daily, and it closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Best for: a cheap, cozy dinner with your own bottle.
Dine-in or delivery? A cheat sheet
Go there and sit down: Via 313, Grazia, Italiano's, Center Court, Santa Barbara and Taglia. Detroit squares and wood-fired crusts are at their best in the first five minutes.
Stay home and order: Brooklyn Pizzeria (its own drivers), Jet's, Pizza Parlor, Russo's, Center Court and Ahlan all offer delivery or easy pickup. New York-style and hand-tossed pies hold up best in a box.
Feeding a team or a classroom: Russo's, Brooklyn Pizzeria, Ahlan and Center Court all list catering on their sites.
Save this: the West Broadway pizza crawl
Four of the picks on this list sit on one stretch of West Broadway, between 9215 and 9721. Bring friends, split everything, and go slow.
- Start at Brooklyn Pizzeria (9215) for one New York cheese slice each.
- Move on to Via 313 (9250) and share a Detroit square, corners first.
- Head to Grazia (9415) for a wood-fired Margherita and the lasagna egg rolls.
- Finish at Center Court (9721), the Pearland Original, with a local beer and whatever game is on.
Before you go: a quick checklist
- Check hours on the pizzeria's own site the day you go, especially on holidays.
- Ordering delivery? Order direct from the pizzeria's site or app when you can. Several, like Russo's and Pizza Parlor, say ordering direct avoids third-party fees.
- Need gluten-free? Russo's, Jet's and Pizza Parlor list gluten-free crusts. Brooklyn Pizzeria's cauliflower crust is not suitable for anyone who must avoid gluten, by its own warning.
- Eating halal? Ahlan says all its meats are certified halal, and Russo's lists Halal options.
- Big group at Grazia? Reserve for six or more.
