I've come here many times, and they always deliver amazing service and food each visit. I've never had a reason to complain. The service is consistently great, and they are always very caring and thoughtful. They even give me a small candy at the end. On top of that, their food is really good, especially their Tom Yum. My grandma, who is slowly forgetting things and is very picky about food, still remembers this dish from her visit years ago. They're amazing, and if you're looking for a comforting place, this is definitely the spot!!

Aloy Aloy in Tomball is a true neighborhood hidden gem — a low-key, hole-in-the-wall spot with a warm, homely feeling that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. It’s great for both lunch and dinner. We often order the Chicken Basil, which comes with Thai soup and vegetable spring rolls, and everything is consistently fresh and flavorful. The Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) with chicken is excellent — perfectly cooked flat rice noodles, bold seasoning, and a well-balanced spice level. Don’t skip the chili oil either — it’s incredibly tasty and adds the perfect extra kick. Authentic Thai flavors, friendly service, and a place we’re always happy to return to. Highly recommend.

Good food and prices to beat it. Best basil fried rice in North Houston! Get it with squid or crispy pork belly even better!

The food is good here and the portions are huge. The pluses are that the ingredients are very fresh and the food is flavorful. I loved the complementary Tom Yum soup. We both had chicken dishes and while the sauces and vegetables were great, the chicken was rather ho-hum, like it was cooked in a big batch plain, and then added to the dish rather than being cooked in the dish. I could be wrong, though. I'll get shrimp next time. The kitchen forgot to put the cashews in the cashew chicken but that was made right as soon as we pointed it out. I got the shrimp glass noodle salad on the side, knowing I would take some home, and wow, it was a LOT. They hid the shrimp, as you'll note in the picture, and there were way too many noodles, but there were loads of shrimp, perhaps 10, and they were large. The last picture is the salad I plated out of the leftovers, with way less noodles. The eggroll at the beginning was a nice surprise, and its sauce was delicious, but I wish the sauce had been on the side because it got a little soggy. This is a minor detail, though. The sauce was so good that I poured it over my glass noodles salad. I think our server was new and there are always a few hiccups, but they were caring. One of the more senior staff members noticed that I wasn't eating much of the glass noodles / shrimp salad and was concerned that I might not like it. I reassured her that it was just that I was gettin full and I ordered it to have a take-home for lunch the next day. I will definitely go back and try this restaurant again.

Came back to this Thai spot after 5 months and wow—what a difference. The food is on another level now. One of the servers mentioned they’ve been focusing on more authentic cooking methods, and you can absolutely taste it. We started with dumplings (so good), got the kids’ chicken fried rice for my son (he loved it), and I had the red Thai curry—which was easily some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. All the servers were great and “Best” was literally the sweetest lady there! Thank you for a great meal! If you haven’t been in a while, it’s definitely worth another visit. Huge upgrade!
