He was confident, knowledgeable, hands-on, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that made us feel informed and taken care of. You can truly tell he knows and loves his job. What stood out even more was that he also helped us with our washer and dryer as a courtesy, which was incredibly appreciated and above and beyond service. Had a really good experience with Accurate Leak & Line. From the start, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. The crew worked fast but carefully, and you could tell they actually knew what they were doing. They kept the area clean, gave me updates throughout the job, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. The pricing was fair, especially considering how stressful plumbing issues can be. Everything they fixed has been working perfectly, and it honestly gave me a lot of peace of mind.
