Edward, Lisa and Jen were so helpful to me when I came in this environment was cute. Every time I come they open me with welcome arms. they were asking me for my information if I had it correct when I came in they were so patient with me. They’re so sweet and kind I would always recommend people to come to this location. There is no problems with these three at all. I love them to death.

First time going to this location or any Lovett Dental. I am really happy with the service provided from the staff. They are friendly, knowledgable and explained things well. Glad I found them and will continue using and recommend them to people I know.

Started off great when I 1st started going about 4 years ago because of great staff & clean environment. Then slowly have been getting worse experiences over time after I recommended this place for my family who also continued to have issues here. Awful communication has been the main issue. The main call center doesn't know the locations actual schedule so when I scheduled an appointment, I got cancelled on 3 times in a row because it didn't line up with the actual location's schedule. Then I got a call 1 hour before my appointment that it needed to be cancelled because someone is out sick after I made my appointment in person after my last appointment. This was my last straw because if us as a customer did that we would be fined. Also when you make an appointment in person or through the call center for some reason over time the appointment moves up by 30 mins everytime without fail without any reasoning or choice, but the reminders will just suddenly tell you it's a different time. I would not recommend coming here if you are someone that works & has to obviously schedule time off. I will be looking for a new place & hopefully for my family as well.

good overall experience, will definitely be coming here again. everyone was very kind and supportive. i got a deep dental cleaning, that shawty was in there doing her thing. they explained everything that i needed with good detail. id definitely recommend

UPDATE, do not go here. I got a second opinion and have 0 cavities. They tried scamming me $600 by saying I had 4. Probably didn’t need to pay $120 for a deep cleaning either. I recently moved to Houston and needed to find a new dentist. Previously, I have had great experiences at my dentist and never needed a deep cleaning, only had one cavity in my life 10+ years ago. Within 6 months of my last cleaning, this place charged me for a deep cleaning that was over $120 out of pocket. Then they told me I need to come back because I have 4 cavities and want to charge me $600. I haven't changed anything in my diet and always have had good dental hygiene. I am calling around to get a second opinion. This place seems like a scam and just wants to overcharge you. The hygienist also broke off my permanent retainer and I have never had that happen, while having this permanent retainer for 15+ years. The doctor didn't even come fix it, someone from the front desk did (and I am not sure what their accreditations are). I also felt like I was waiting around and was there for almost 2 hours, which again, has never happened to me in previous dental cleanings. I have always been in an out within an hour. I do not recommend going here. Listen to all the other 1 star reviews.
