Green Cleaning Dry Cleaners

I’ve tried to give this cleaners multiple chances, but unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. I often feel like I’m being upsold with additional charges that are not clearly explained, and normal wear or minor stains are treated as though my clothing is severely damaged in order to justify extra add-ons. Most recently, when I questioned one of the additional charges and asked for clarification, I was told, “If you don’t like the price, you can take your clothes, but we’re not changing the price.” The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially as a returning customer simply trying to understand the reasoning behind the pricing. I understand that certain garments require special treatment, but pricing and recommendations should feel transparent and respectful rather than arbitrary or defensive. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the work itself has not always been poor, but the customer service and communication have made me decide to take my business elsewhere.

I never had my wedding dress cleaned and was really worried about a large stain on the back. I came into Prism Cleaners because another place nearby that was recommended was WAY too expensive, and wanted to keep it for months. Within 2 weeks, the amazing folks at Prism Cleaners had my dress looking gorgeous and ready to wear for my 5-Year Anniversary party!!! So glad they were able and willing to do it! Will definitely be going back! Thanks again!!!

Actually phenomenal cleaners, after a day running around the city trying to get a wedding dress cleaned for less than $700 (very hard to find) they were able to clean my MUDDY long train dress in a week and for less than $400. Cannot recommend them enough, will be going exclusively here for all my dry cleaning needs in Houston!
