Oscar came out and worked on our Miele coffee machine and explained to us how to use the correct cup otherwise our coffee maker wouldn’t work correctly. Very exemplary company!

I had a great experience with Uptown Appliance Repair. They were able to schedule the diagnostic visit and subsequent repair very quickly. Alberto was very efficient and knowledgeable. He answered several questions I had regarding ongoing operation and best practices with my washing machine. I had a 15 year old LG washer that leaked and needed a new detergent dispenser and hot water valve. It had been an excellent appliance and I preferred to repair vs. replace. Communications from Uptown were very clear and timely. I would recommend them for appliance repair.

Once again I am happy with the service from Uptown Appliance. Alberto trouble spotted some issues with my Bosch dishwasher. He made adjustments and my washer is working correctly. He is very professional, friendly and offered explanations related to its functioning. I really appreciate a technician who’s committed to customer care. Over the years I’ve used other companies here that service high end appliances. Uptown has serviced and revived appliances of mine that I was previously told were “ gonners.” Uptown prices are worth every penny . You’ll be completely satisfied with their work !
