Joe was awesome! We’re so thankful for his help. He was patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions. We originally called and he worked us into his schedule, but we had to cancel that day. Even then, he was still helpful over the phone and guided us while we were trying to decide what we needed. We called Friday at noon before Memorial Day and were able to schedule Joe for 3 PM the same day. He was prompt, personable, and very professional. He changed the locks on all three doors we requested, working quickly even in a home with no AC, and finished in under two hours. We’ll definitely be looking for Joe for any future locksmith needs.

Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!
