Great stay overall. The room was clean, quiet, and felt well taken care of. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The bed was really comfortable and everything worked as expected. Location is super convenient, close to restaurants and main roads, which made getting around easy. Good option if you’re looking for a reliable hotel near me with no surprises. Would definitely stay again.

So, I'll try to give you my honest review of this property, not an angry one. I hope this helps others, as we were completely surprised when we stayed at this hotel; based on their prior reviews, we had something else in mind. Let's start with the positive - - We got a 2 Queen suite this past weekend, and we think it was a nice, spacious room. I wanted to give their rooms 4 stars, but I'm deducting one star for having a weird smell outside the room. It felt a bit muggy and damp, but it wasn't bad enough that we couldn't stay. The size was great for a 4-person family, and the room's cleanliness was okay—not great, but for a 2.5- to 3-star hotel, it was acceptable. - Beds were comfortable. Now, let's discuss what really surprised us - - We are a Gold Elite member, and I've never had issues getting a little extra time for check-out. I understand if fully booked, but we only asked for an extra 30-60 minutes. It wasn't the no that caught us off guard, but the lady or manager working at the front desk was extremely rude and didn’t care. I'm surprised to see front desk managers like this in the customer service industry. - Food - don’t be deceived by the "continental breakfast" - juices were automatically diluted. The machine added about 75% water to the juice. When I asked them to look into this, it tasted bad—they said this is what the manager approved, and they couldn’t do anything about it. It was like drinking 25% juice and 75% water. Eggs were half-cooked and seemed underdone, bread was stale, and potatoes looked like they were from two days ago. Everything else was terrible; my kids, wife, and I had to drive back to another city and stop somewhere for breakfast. I think the coffee was fresh. Overall, I think the service was horrible, and the food was terrible, but the rooms were decent. I would stay at other places and pay more, since you have to stop somewhere for breakfast. This was my first and last stay there.

The hotel service was amazing! The view wasn't the best but that's ok! The pool was really fun a bit small but kid friendly! 5 stars for me! The hotel even comes with a couch with a pullout bed, and the sheets are in a closet with a extra pillow! Surprisingly the pull out bed was quite comfortable. Definitely recommend for short term or long term trips. The shower was also great! 5 STARS!!! Written by an 11 year old.

The stay was for 5 nights. Room could have used a little work. One of the lights didn't work and the shower had a small split in the wall where a spider came through one day. Breakfast was good though and they had Texas shaped waffles. Ice maker worked and laundry machines were fairly priced. I wish they actually had vending machines instead of having to rely on the pantry downstairs.

Spacious rooms; cleanliness is decent but could be improved. Breakfast is good, with a two-hour service window. Unpleasant odor in the first-floor hallway and in the rooms. Friendly staff. Late check-out available for an extra fee. Check the pool before getting in; it was very dirty along the waterline.
