IF I COULD RATE IT A 0 I WOULD! I would stay here about 4 years ago when it was new. It was clean, very well taken care of. BUT NOW, it’s discussing! The couch smelled like PISS! Literally as if there was a homeless person living in there. Smoke residue on the walls! Blood on the walls! Holes in the wall! Broken door hinges! Disgusting smell! It was terrible! I complained to Rashad at the front desk and he stated he couldn’t do anything but move rooms! ALL ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING! The smell, the cigarette burns, it was TERRIBLE! Please stay away! It was a last minute decision and I regret every minute of it. We didn’t stay but an hour, we found a BETTER room! Please stay away! I will be continuously trying for a refund! It was TERRIBLE!

Don’t go here ! I hate leaving bad reviews but this was the wordy hotel experience I’ve ever encountered ! With my kids at that! Roaches were everywhere dead and alive , I’m so terrified of roaches it was ridiculous! I call office report it , they don’t want to refund so the lady sent a man wit spray and a vacuum to clean them up which made the roaches worse ! They must’ve watched the family members go because they came back deep even while one of the male workers from the front office was in the room, he had the nerves to say they don’t know where they comin from but mind you the were walk on the walls when me and him walked up the stairs. they made me pay 40 more dollars as a deposit for another roach invested room! They had two bear cans and her were open from previous guest and as welcome as dirty rag towels. Couldn’t sleep at all and was over 100 miles from home ! Was so terrified that bed bugs would be in there along with all the roaches! Had to bring all our stuff to the car ! There were roaches walking on the bed, THE ROOM STINKED BAD WHEN WE GOT IN THERE ! The walls were so dirty omg it was horrible

I chose this place for the location. It's close to my ultimate destination. It was easy to get to, using Maps to guide me. The parking is convenient. It's clean, but spartan. I always look for a fridge n microwave - yes for both. There is a nice sitting area, too. The bathroom is spacious with a GREAT walk-in shower.

This is the worst roach infested place ever I don't see how they're still in business. Not to mention the stuff is rude as well.

We always stay at this hotel, but the rooms are always dirty. My husband is the one who always checks us in and does the check-in. However, on our last visit, which was in early August, we rented a room and it had a very strong cigarette smell. My husband went down to the lobby to ask to change it, and it was the same strong cigarette smell. We were with our 14-month-old son. Everything was really unpleasant... everything on our luggage was filled with the cigarette smell. I do not recommend it!! And we will not return.
