Complete trash. There were 4 cockroaches crawling around the bathroom. All the walls had paint flacking off. Electrical outlets and lamps didn't work. Wifi was completely non- existant which was just another example of false advertisement.

They charge a $40 deposit, which 10 days later has yet to be refunded. If you pay in cash instead they claim you get it right away after your room inspection. They also tried to charge me a $150 deposit for my service dog as well, my second day of being there, which you can't charge anything for a service animal regardless according to the ADA and the law. When the manager heard that, he sent staff up to our room and they were very unprofessional and hostile stating even if I had a service dog he wasn't aloud there because their manager didn't like that and that I had to pay the deposit. Well they aren't above the law so I went higher up and they told me that the staff was discriminating against me and stated that I could stay there and wouldn't have to communicate with that manager again. The rooms were outdated, the shower pressure hurt, there is lots of rust and tons of roaches. My AC unit was extremely loud and leaked all over my carpet meaning there is probably mold in that room. Don't stay here, not worth the price or the rude customer service. This stay was very stressful and not worth it, no matter the price. Save yourself the energy and stay anywhere else but here.

This is a worst hotel I have ever rented. The guys on the front desk was a bad guy. Service bad, attitude bad. The door was stuck and we called police to help. Then he said he got it and opened a door with his private key ( of course we asked him to use 2 cards he gave us before but he said no ). And then he threatened us to get out immediately at the mid night. He declined his fault and stole our room fee and the deposit fee because he said that was our fault by breaking a door with our bank assistants. This is clips about that door before and after opened. You can see on clip that the card showed green but when my friend and my brother were holding a handle, it couldn't open. And after opening a stuck door, we tried to test 2 keys but 1 showed red and 1 didn't have any effects.

Do not book here. Dirty - trashy - and unsafe. I booked last minute on Friday for 1 night because no other hotels nearby have rooms available. When I arrived, property look like an abandoned property, debris/junk all around the building, not enough lightning. When walk to the front entrance there are two homeless men with ripped dirty clothes and pant half down to butt looks drugged and unhealthy, so I got scared got in my car and run. I called Travelocity to cancel but the property rejected claiming it was safe. They refused to refund I lost two rooms around $200. I should have read reviews before booking. Don’t book here, go there and see for yourself. Your safety is the most important.
