Absolutely horrendous! Room was disgusting and dirty! Fridge wasn't working, stained sheets, and sticky carpets. Absolutely disgusting! Then to top it off the horrible customer service from Karla at the front desk. She was extremely unprofessional. I am editing my review to also include the AGM was absolutely disgusting as well. Her attitude sucks.

Not the best experience! If you Affirm anything dont use this hotel, it ended up canceling because the hotel didn't confirm it. Then when we arrived at the hotel the lady at the desk was super nice the im assuming manager that came out was rude when we were trying to pay tap to pay and pay our stay in full and give them a separate card for incidentals... once that was cleared ip they put us in a room we dropped our bags off and headed out. Once we came back that night we pulled out the couch so the kids could sleep on the pull out bed. What we found was a mattress cover that was nasty! It had urine and blood stains on it! Called down to the desk the nice lady got us moved into another room. Got settled into the room opened up the pull out couch and even tho it was nothing like the first couch it was dirty as well had possibly make up or candy on it. Even tho it was inconvenient we made it work with all 3 kids in one bed because we were exhausted and not wanting to be any more of a "problem" than we had already been. All staff out side of the one "manager" we dealt with were great and friendly. Honestly think they need to deep clean all the rooms. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying at this hotel just based on cleanliness.

Came here for business and loved this hotel! In a nice area and has plenty of amenities! Wish the pool/hot-tub had an hour for only adults though! Breakfast was great too with lots of healthy options!

Front desk person was missing quite a bit. Had to wait for a while before they reappeared on several occasions. Couch/sleeper was broken and uncomfortable. Overall clean and breakfast was good. My car was hit and damaged in their parking lot (not their fault) and there are no cameras (defintiely their fault).

Make sure you record the check in, I was told by the person that checked me in that since I was a lifetime Titanium Elite member, that they would wave the parking fee. And of course when I checked out, there was a parking fee. And they refused to remove fee. Last time staying there. I can only imagine how they treat someone who has no status. Very disappointed in this one hotel.
