Amazing staff at the front desk very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping is thorough and all of the ladies are so sweet. I would also like to especially thank Maria I thought I had lost a very special ring and she found the ring in a room I had stayed in and turned it into the front desk immediately. I can't thank her enough. Great hotel !

The front desk when we checked in was so sweet and accommodating. Although the location itself could use upgrades like the elevator The elevator does work. It’s just low. It’s old. It’s what you expect from an older hotel. This hotel has been here for years. but the room is pretty nice and clean there was one bug but it was just a random bug nothing crazy which is expected in any hotel so we're not mad about it . The TV is in the room. They are very decent size. I believe they are 50 inch Samsung TV. It has multiple streaming channels that you could actually sign into and then there’s an option in the settings where you can sign out of all of the subscriptions that you signed into at the end of your stay, which is very convenient, especially for people that are traveling. They don’t wanna have to watch this local TV and then they also have a streaming services that are already on the TV like ABC AMC things like that that you can watch without ad and I think that addition is what sets this hotel apart from others washer dryer room is small but the washer dryer does seem very updated. There is a small gym which doesn’t seem like it’s been neglected. It seems like it’s been up kept . So I would say our overall experience was very, very decent being that we had to check in at 2 AM after not finding a single hotel in Houston at all for three straight hours this was the only option and honestly I’m not mad at the option. it’s it’s a decent hotel and I would definitely recommend people stay here. Don’t let the other negative reviews affect you if you are looking to save some money but also have a nice day because this hotel honestly seems like a very good option and I would come here again thank you to management and the front desk staff for being so kind and courteous to your guest. You guys are doing a great job

Great Customer Service, different types rooms, they are very clean, No filth. I got King Superior Suite and I Love it. Beds are comfortable, unlike other hotels. Housekeeping good, Vending Machines, Exercise Room, Laundry Room, 3 Floors with Elevator. Great Management overall!!! 5* By Lupe

Staying here while pregnant has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life. The staff has been incredibly kind and supportive to both my mom and me. I truly can’t imagine being anywhere else right now. Their smiles and words of encouragement, even on my hardest days, mean more to me than they probably realize. The new owners have worked hard to turn this property around, and it shows. They are genuinely trying their best to keep the hotel clean, welcoming, and comfortable for their guests. Some of the negative comments don’t acknowledge the effort being put in, but my family and I absolutely do. Thank you for helping make one of the most difficult times in my life a little more comfortable. It will never be forgotten.

I arrived extremely late and forgot some regular items for the bathroom. When I checked in the night clerk had upgraded my room and had toiletries for no charge when asked. He did a great job and offered to change my room if I didn’t find it satisfactory. Good job. Will definitely stay here again. Also, can’t beat how kind they are to pets traveling with you. They were amazing. Thanks again.
