This is one of my favorite La Quinta. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I check in today around 12:30 and the lady at the front desk was very nice. We try a conversation she was very warm and I do appreciate the hospitality when I check in the room. The room was very nice and clean. I will definitely recommend find some family to stay at this particular location. Great job.🫡🫡🫡❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Listen... this is literally the worst hotel I have ever been to in the world... ac didnt work, everything smelled like mildew and mold, the bathtubs were wrecked and didnt drain and so much more.. again worst hotel i have ever stayed in.... but Harris, one of the staff is the ONLY REASON I am not DRAGGGGGING this place. He is the glue holding this establishment together. A gentleman and a scholar. We had some issues with a pushy/creepy taxi driver who chased us into the hotel because we didn't agree with his shady tactics... Harris saw this and jumped into action. He didnt ask if we were guests or what happened, just saw a strange man chasing a woman and her daughter into the hotel and the into the elevator and he stepped in. Put himself in between the crazy driver, my daughter and myself and protected us. Because of this, 3 stars! Wyndham/La Quinta YOU SHOULD BE PRAISING THIS MAN.

Arrived from HOU. Shuttle was great. Got in and was told temporarily NO BREAKFAST. A good part of how we choose hotels and part of what we paid for. Told we can ask at the desk if someone could take us to a 'sister hotel's for breakfast, but no guarantee. We have a car coming to take us to Port at 8am. Entered room and despite being set on 71, room was warmer than outside. Husband tried to turn on TV and it didn't work. Told young man at desk and he went up while we walked to a gas station nearby to get drinks. Upon arriving back, after setting A/C at 60 it was no cooler. The TV was on, but could not change channels and no sound. Husband moved the large piece of furniture complete with refrigerator and microwave and eventually found that the cable that needed to be plugged in for remote to work was unplugged. He could then change channels but no sound. I went down yet again and we moved to another room. The hotel is filthy. The carpet is stained in public areas, the walls have holes, missing paint, mismatched paint and more. If we could get a room elsewhere we would. Totally unacceptable!!!!

Access to the hotel is very poorly marked and difficult to enter/exit due to road construction. I tried the fitness center. Treadmill screamed like a banshee. Elliptical machine wobbled and started coming apart. Cable machine had broken pulleys and missing parts. Not safe. Tried to wash clothes in the guest laundry. Front desk had no quarters to use the machines. The Best Western next door was able to give me change. The washing machine leaks out onto the hallway floor during the wash cycle. Dryer worked fine.

My father reserved a room here on 2/13. The location is great;close to the airport for my flight the next day. The receptionist was delightful. Lobby and hallway were the lipstick on the pig. The room. Atrocious. They charged $127 a night for a run down falling apart, paint chipping, no matching tv remote control having, had to use the cable box to change the channel, only thing new in the room was the bathroom mirror and lamp. Then have the audacity to charge a $100 deposit in the event of damage. Seriously? They should have given us $100 for the tetanus shot we are all going to need. I forgot to mention the walls and hallways are so thin, you hear everything! There was a room about 2 doors down blaring their music..it was an attempt to drown out the sexual sounds they were making. It was not a good night.
