Stayed here for six nights and no WIFI! The smart tvs have Netflix and such but no internet and the cable channnels are limited.no signal inside the hotel either! I had Verizon.beds are firm

The only gripe I had was the shower head was not really adjustable. Someone needs to decalcify for all the options to work fully. Good water pressure. Mattress was firm and I slept very well. Breakfast had plenty, and a decent variety. May find myself using again.

Hotel is not a hilton standard. Breakfast is a joke, juice machine out of order. Ice machine out of order, one elevator is out of service, work out equipment some is out of service. No milk in Breakfast are for coffee or cereal. No hot cereal or waffles, only bagels and toast, apples, oatmeal canister looks mildew inside. Furniture cushions and worn and dingy.Shower leaks water on floor under shower door when closed causing water to puddle on floor at door.

Very nice.big rooms.clean. Breakfast was great! Well stocked. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and gave us extra care as diamond members. The gym was missing one 25 lb dumbbell unfortunately. And the treadmill and elliptical was inoperable. Great location. Quiet. Clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE. SPEND THE EXTRA $50 TO STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I’ve stayed here a few times as it is close to family, and I will never do it again.The rooms are dirty and overall a biohazard. The sofa bed I was supposed to sleep in (traveling with someone else who’s in the king bed), smells very strongly of urine. The fitted sheet looks clean, so I assume the mattress is urine-soaked. Either way, it’s disgusting and there is not a way to get a new room because this hell hole is apparently sold out. I will be sharing the king bed in the meantime, but I zero percent would be surprised if it has bed bugs.
