The room wasn't bad to be honest. I couldn't sleep because of all the noise in the hallway and above us like they were holding a gymnastics meet in the room. many reviews said they saw cockroaches, which we did not see, only one small ant. two computer chairs for the small island and one recliner (broken). The staff is cordial, wouldn't say friendly so much. I am sure they do the best they can with what they have to work with. The owner probably doesn't invest in the site for improvements. When you see the area the hotel is in with the homeless living in the gutters behind it, you will understand. It is definitely not a gentrified area. Is it worth the price? That is up to what your standards can handle.

All rooms are infested with coach roaches. Stayed two last night. Received room 227.Checked in went to work and came back and cockroaches everywhere. Reminded you I have my clothes in this room and roaches carry diereses. Called Priceline and they would not refund my total refund. After sending videos and pictures of the coach roaches everywhere 🥲 Went to the front desk and requested another room. Went to first floor and when the lady opened the door and I started to scan the room coaches started coming out of the drain. I told her I can not stay in this hotel and wanted my money back. Was told I would receive a refund but not for two days. I spent. Remind you I caught the problem in the am reported it to staff. But was told to call the manger and that manager was the only person that could approve the rest of refund but was off that day. I was like no. Called Priceline and they only refunded me for what the hotel manager would refund me. Price line always took care of me for rooms and I was in California few years back and had tos keys and they instantly refunded my money. Now I guess thenrelationship between Priceline and the hotels is what eve the hotels will give them back. So your money is not protected. Calling the corporate office in the morning and see if I can get a total refund. The funny thing about this hotel is that it is filled with low budget people that needs somewhere to live. And it stay occupied but you can not get the roaches under control. You guess are selling out and cannot get ur infestation problem that causes diseases under control? So not only is this hotel it taking advantage of the disadvantage, it’s actually booking rooms and will not get in control of it pest problems the manager name Abdul was polite at first but after I talked to him and ask for my refund he was like you stayed there no matter what I can not give you your mi ye back. Seems like since he meet his quota by taking advantage of Thor weak corporate let it goes on. Every one ther looks like they are on drinks or have a bad time in life and just need somewhere to live it’s a very dirty hotel and have coschroaches everywhere.took pictures of them Hopefully corporate gives my money back. So any reply you get in the reviews is just a manager just trying to sober up the problem and act like the customer is upset. You notice in the reviews you get the same response but obviously they are scamming people and not doing anything about their pest problems so I’d you want to take a few friends home with you I would not advise to stay here. Roaches carry diseases the hotel take your money regardless . As soon as you pay. There will not be a refund for the day you stay. This is not acceptable. Wish I could post pictures because I have pictures and videos. Every review is the truth. Take heed or you will be next. But they are taking advantage of the mis fortunate the hotel feel it’s normal. Many rooms and also the morning breakfast is coffee only. No toast no cereal nothing. It’s a wanna be perfectly ran scam. I added a picture but have many videos. It’s absolutely disgusting

This hotel was a horrible experience for me . The rooms are nice but it’s hard to relax when i’m having to kill 10 roaches in one night the first room we were in . We complained so they moved us down the hall where again for the 2nd night i stayed in having the same issue and small tan/brownish roaches everywhere!! Black mold growing on top of the ceiling in shower just nasty . It’s so bad i couldn’t even stay the full 4 nights i stayed for two then left . I cannot and will not sleep knowing the room maybe even the hotel period is infested with german roaches . ✌🏽The Owner needs to up his pest control if he even has did anything about it at all .

It's been a very good experience staying at this hotel. The ladies at the front desk (Sabrina and Martha) are very helpful and courteous. They're really good at accommodating you. The room is nice and comfortable. I like the location too because it has easy access.

Kept seeing roaches in the room. Doors were half painted. Coat hook falling down. No ice bucket or cups. It says breakfast online and at the front desk but they don't offer it but coffee and stale muffin in a wrapper. No room cleaning. We will never stay here again. Front office staff was found asleep in plane sight.
