Ive been a loyal customer for months and tried my hardest to make it work, but I don’t know if I can do it anymore. I don’t know if this hotel has changed management or made any new decisions, but the quality has declined a lot. I’ve been sent to rooms that have already been occupied, as well as smelly/unclean rooms on multiple occasions, and while i was upgraded for free due to those issues, this is the final straw. I checked in late night, slept, and woke up to find a billion bugs in my bathroom. Those black dots you see in the pictures? Bugs of some kind, probably fleas. They were all over the shower, the floor, and sink. This bathroom was definitely not cleaned out properly, and when I tried to see if any other rooms would be open for at least 1 hour so I could shower, there was nothing available for me. I am reconsidering my time at this hotel due to their constant oversight, booking mistakes, and unsanitary housekeeping.

Terrible strong smell in the hallways, no water or almost anything for the breakfast. Room needs Maintanance, no hair dryer nor iron. Find somewhere better, this is not worth the price.

Very comfortable bed. Really needed a good night’s sleep after a long day. However, some improvements could be made in the breakfast area. That was very disappointing. Waffles were the only thing I’d even eat. Refrigerator had milk but didn’t know how long it had been sitting there warm.Bread was left open and hard. Bisquits were stone hard and the gravy was dried out. Leary of trying cereal. It looked pretty dried out.

The hotel stay was pretty nice. We were there to visit family we hadn’t seen in year's,The location was great! Not too far from my cousins house. We loved the waffles for breakfast! The coffee was good too.
