I really enjoyed this property. The location was nice and tucked away. Gemma at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. I wish the night staff was a bit more welcoming and personable. The back patio was a nice area to sit and unwind with a gorgeous view of the water. It was great being able to use the firepit when it was cold during our stay. The beds were very comfortable however the pillows were too soft for me. The snack pantry area had a nice variety of alcoholic beverages as well. The water pressure in the shower was very good and I appreciated having a non slip mat for the shower. Overall I will definitely be back and would recommend this property.

I stayed here for two nights while in town for a work trip. My room was very clean, and my stay was very quiet and peaceful. The location overall was nice - a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. The outdoor patio also has a beautiful view of the lake. My only recommendation would be to add power outlets near the outdoor seating area. I enjoy sitting outside while working when the weather is nice, and I would like the option to plug in my laptop. đŸ¤“ Other than that, positive experience and I would stay here again when in the area.

I had a great stay for a few days while I was traveling for business. Easy to commute, quite area. Nice, clean and cozy rooms. Definitely recommend.

I traveled to Sugar Land for work this week and chose the Courtyard by Marriott for my overnight stay. This was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated how quiet it was. The staff was friendly. The view of the lake was nice and relaxing. I didn't take advantage of the walking path around the lake on this trip, but it looked nice and others were using it. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby.

My trip was scheduled for 619 2026 I booked it January 18 mind you I am a Marriott vip was told today that I could not cancel due to the soccer game that’s going on on the 19th of June and I had January 19 to cancel this was not a card room . This was not a prepaid room I gave them my credit card. was told the will charge $836 ball park figure to stay from Thursday until Sunday which I feel is price gouging because of the soccer tournament. I found another hotel that’s only charging me 326.00at the Hyatt. They refuse to cancel my room and told me I still had to pay $836.00even though I am not staying there in June. They will get filled room before then , so I refuse to pay the room. I will call my credit card company in the morning and cancel that card I am not paying them $836.00. I was told I can change and pay got 1 night which will be about 250.00. Not happening
