My friend and I did a "staycation" for spring break, and from beginning to end, everyone was so helpful and kind. The overall vibe was really warm and welcoming. I love a good conversation, so l especially appreciated how the staff took the time to genuinely engage with us. We some great laughs! This was our first time booking a hotel by ourselves, so we had quite a few questions, but they were so patient and made sure to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Shout out to the front desk staff and the bartender 🙏🏾. The room was super nice as well. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The hotel was so sweet and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice. Housekeeping did an excellent job. It was too cold to go swimming but the pool look beautiful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, The property is in a rundown patch work state of repairs. Located next to I-10. The room resonated all night with highway ambient noise. Broken elevator in need of repairs . Rooms had mushy wet carpet. Internet/wi-fi dropped every 10 minutes. Coffee at the common area was weak. I doubt it was Starbucks coffee even though it was advertised as such. Finally it is not really a Courtyard building so don’t expect a “courtyard” view. In short stay elsewhere.

Exceptional Customer Service from Start to Finish with about 18 rooms in our group. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located at 12655 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the customer service was truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or staff we passed throughout the property, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. It’s rare to experience such consistent excellence across all departments, and it speaks volumes about the leadership and culture of this hotel. The team didn’t just do their jobs — they made our stay memorable. Because of the outstanding service, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptional service and quality hotel. Scales the level of JW Marriott. Beautiful room. Amenities functioning, power flush toilet, hot running water, firm bedding, and more. Super friendly staff everywhere I encountered. Found to be a fun hotel to stay at and the price point was on par - right on. Plenty of parking and right off main strip. Thank management for taking care of business here.
