❌ Warning: Unacceptable Conditions and Absent Management **Dates of Stay:** July 3, 2026 – July 5, 2026 **Rating:** 1/5 I checked into the Country Inn today (July 3rd) and it has been an absolute nightmare. This property is facing severe maintenance issues and a blatant **roach infestation**. Within the very first hour of my stay: * **Roach #1:** Ran right across the bathroom counter while I was unpacking my toiletries. * **Roach #2:** Scuttled across my laptop screen while I was trying to work. * **Roach #3:** Was spotted crawling across the floor (which I have clear video evidence of). Beyond the pests, the room itself is in complete disrepair. The carpet is torn and ripped up, the toilet does not flush properly, and the sink refuses to drain. When I brought these egregious issues to the manager's attention, she offered to switch my room. However, when I went down to the lobby to get the new keys, **she was nowhere to be found.** I have currently been standing at the front desk for an hour now, and the lobby is completely abandoned. No one has shown up to help. The lack of cleanliness is disgusting, but the total abandonment by management is entirely unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The pictures posted of this hotel are extremely outdated !! Immediately as you walk into the lobby youre hit with that dingy smell. Receptionist was rude, barely looked up from her phone when we let her know we needed to check in. Upon entering the hallway leading to the room, smell only got worse. Moldy smell? Carpets were extremely dirty. Mold growing in the bathrooms. Roaches in the rooms. The window curtains wouldnt close either? Ice machine, gym, breakfast water/juice all out of order. Lobby bathrooms locked. didnt bother checking if pool was open. Finally, for breakfast, you had to get your plate from front desk(weird). & they have a sign saying limit 1 sausage per person😂😂. also you will get a charge if you bring your breakfast back to your room.

Came here with my family recently and came here another time before the recent management change, and honestly it was alright. It's a nice place to stay for a couple of days. However, the biggest thing for me is the hot water. If you are looking for a place with hot water in particular, this place is NOT it. You'd have to be blessed just to have even a little bit of hot water come out of that faucet. We complained and they had someone come to check it, and conveniently enough the hot water was present. When he was gone, however, hours later? There was a lack of hot water again. Actually infuriating. I honestly suspect that they limit the hot water here, which would be whatever if they actually had the balls to be respectable enough to be truthful about that. Otherwise, this place was okay. The breakfast is nice, does cause a bit of diarrhea from my experience but still makes for a nice dining experience in the morning. The service is alright as far as I am aware. The room itself was comfortable enough. If it weren't for the hot water issue, my family would probably stay here a lot more.

I booked two rooms through Booking.com. Upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately noticed that the property was not as represented in the online photos. The rooms were in extremely unsanitary and unacceptable condition — far below reasonable cleanliness standards. I promptly notified the front desk attendant, explained the issues in detail, and provided photographs documenting the condition of the rooms. I was informed that a refund could not be issued because the reservation had been made through a third party. I then contacted Booking.com directly to report the situation. Despite notifying them immediately and submitting evidence, I was later informed that a refund could not be processed because the hotel claimed that I had stayed at the property, which is inaccurate. This experience has been deeply disappointing. The condition of the hotel was completely misrepresented, and I made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.

I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites and overall it was a fine experience. The price was reasonable, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I got a great night’s sleep. When I checked in on 02/26, the front desk let me know the elevator wasn’t working. She was very kind, upfront about the issue, and even offered a full refund, which I really appreciated. The property itself could use some investment, as it feels like the owners are stretching things a bit instead of reinvesting. Still, the staff was great and I left overall happy with my stay.
