One thing to mention: the towels here are tiny and not great. They barely soak up any water, so it's better to bring your own if you plan to stay. On the bright side, the staff were fine and the room was tidy.

The stay was great! The customer service was great! The rooms were clean! I kept on asking for things and they always had it for me! The lobby is great the breakfast was great! The only thing I didn’t like was when we first got there to check in other guest left there trash all in front of the hotel doors . Maybe the front should keep a eye out for that.. but overall stay was great

Hanna Cao manager has an amazing and warm attitude Was very nice and welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeper was very pleasant. Also located in a nice area. Very Blessed to receive great reception and service.

Close to the Sam Houston Racepark. But it’s a 1 Way street and sometimes a pain to get to. Plus (at breakfast) the EGGS are always runny. 🤢 Clean hotel, staff is nice, no issue parking and super fast Amazon deliveries.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly professional and helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to customer service really stood out, always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciate how polite and accommodating everyone was. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place with excellent service!
