This is a nice hotel. Fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect for us in relation to family. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, small amount of bread/muffins, coffee, and juice. Our son enjoyed the pool a lot. Definitely would stay here again.

We stay every other weekend. Upon checking last night we were treated as if we’ve never stayed (even after I asked if my expensive body wash was found after I left it two weeks ago. Conveniently they cleared out the lost and found last night instead of looking for it). She harassed me about check in and kept telling me I was welcome to cancel. She’s correct. I absolutely can but would rather make her do her job. With the fuss she gave me, the inability to give me additional shampoo and conditioner as I also asked for, and the inability to look for my shower gel-rather throw out everything so when I ask a good employee-Rosa-the next morning it was obviously gone. Good customer service is like gold so rare to find these days. We’ve stayed every other weekend since January and we will now find a new hotel who will value our money and me as a human being.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My 21-year-old daughter was denied service, yet the receptionist was unable to provide any written policy or explanation regarding an age limitation. When we asked for clarification, she could not show any documentation supporting the rule. When we requested to speak with a manager to better understand the policy, the receptionist refused to get a manager and would not provide her name. The lack of transparency and professionalism was very frustrating. If there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and supported by a clear policy. Customers deserve respectful communication and the ability to speak with management when concerns arise. I hope the business improves how situations like this are handled in the future.

Our room was dingy and musty. Not sure if all of the rooms were like that or if we got a bad one. We asked to be moved but they said the hotel was full. The breakfast wasn't really appealing to me either. The staff was very friendly and helpful and though.

This is our first night here, and unfortunately the first impression has not been great. The hotel really needs to work on the appearance and professionalism of the front desk staff because that is the first image guests see when they arrive. The three employees I’ve seen so far were not rude, but they did not look professional, which makes the check-in experience feel less welcoming. If you are traveling with family, it’s also worth noting that there were young people hanging around right outside the hotel entrance and lobby area. Later, when we went to the swimming pool, there were also young people there drinking, which didn’t feel very family-friendly. Another issue is the pool area. There is an extremely strong chlorine smell that you can feel even outside the pool area. It might be because the space is enclosed, but it was quite overwhelming. Finally, the room itself really needs updating. The hotel has potential, but the facilities and rooms feel outdated and could definitely use some renovation.
