Miss Rose has been great! She’s been supportive since my initial application. I had a maintenance request that was urgent, and she got the maintenance tech to my apartment right away! Victoria, also a gem. She’s so sweet and welcoming and shows a positive attitude. I’ve had pleasant experiences with the leasing staff as well. The residents that I have encountered have been friendly! The apartments are beautiful and can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone searching or considering moving to the area ☺️

I lived here from feb 2025 to feb 2026. I could not get out of there fast enough. The complex is extremely run down. All of the "secure" doors designed to limit access are broken, and management seemed in no hurry to get them fixed. Instead they repainted the stairwells! After 2 separate sewer backups that caused sewer water to spill into peoples apartments the water bills shot up like crazy with no explanation. All of the appliances feel like they have been there since this place was built so be prepared to run your dryer twice to get your clothes dry. It took herculean strength to get the windows open and closed if you wanted some fresh air. I left feeling like this property was very low on the list of priorities for the management company. There are a lot of other apartment complexes in the area that are well maintained, updated, and provide better communication. So do yourself a favor and steer clear of 36Sixty.

I’ve lived here for 3 years. Everything was pretty good until the recent change in management. Since April 2025, my water bills and usage have been abnormally high — my bill went from around $50 to nearly $200. Only two people live in my apartment, and the unit is unoccupied Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, so the increase doesn’t match our routine. I reported this to the office, the utility provider Conservice, as well as corporate and have not received a clear resolution or follow-up. I think this property has a problem with water in general as they were on the news July 2025 for flooding and sewage back up. There was also a water leak from the unit upstairs on Christmas Eve that resulted in brown spots on my ceiling which I fear may turn into mildew since no one has come to inspect properly. The management team changed last year, and the responsiveness and customer service has truly gone downhill. If you’re considering this property, ask in writing how they handle water billing disputes and leak remediation to save yourself money and a headache. #thankmelater

My experience with these apartments has been very positive so far. The property is clean, and the entire move-in process has gone very smoothly. What made it even better was Jhon. He guided me step by step through everything I needed to do, and his patience and professionalism were truly admirable. He made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate all his help.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for almost two years now. And the past year they’ve really gone downhill. Just in March three different cars got their tires stolen including my own, and management don’t seem to care or do anything about it. When I went to complain about my car they just told me “it happens everywhere, get wheel locks,” no sense of urgency, accountability or effort to address the security issue. You’ll be better off looking elsewhere.
