I recently had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at WoodSpring Suites. When we arrived, my ID was expired, so my husband used his valid ID to rent the room. Everything seemed fine at first, but shortly afterward, the staff called the police on us and told us we had to leave — without giving any real explanation. other than my ID was expired however my husband had Valid one And rent the room... What made this even worse is that we had our four-month-old baby with us, and they put us out in the cold with nowhere to go. We were treated unfairly and without compassion, and the situation could have been handled with much more understanding and professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially families, due to the way we were treated. Management should seriously review their policies and how they handle guests, particularly those traveling with young

We checked in and went to the room opened the door and it smelled like dogs. Closed the door went to the front desk. We told the lady at the desk that it wasn't what we expected and would like a refund. She offered another room and we declined. She would not refund our money even though we didn't stay there.

I stay here now , and I highly recommend taking a look at the reviews before staying , they charge 65$ for a late fee just for being 30 mins late when ive been already staying here for over a month now ... they charge to change your linens out when it says on the paper bi-weekly change out . They charge 3.25 for washer and dryers which they are both small ... i thought this was a good place turns out NOTTTTT !!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE , they charge an arm an a leg .. !!!!!! I UNDERSTAND THERE IS POLICY BUT GIVE PEOPLE TIME TO PAY NOT EVERYONE CAN COME UP AT 11...I KNOW 11AM MOSTLY REFERS TO CHECKOUT , BUT IF PEOPLE STAY LONGER BE MORE REASONABLE A*

If you're going to accept pets You're cleaning ability of dog pee should be immaculate. This facility cleaning ability of dog pee is horrible everything smelled like dog pee it was all in your clothes all in your hair it is a horrible horrible place to be paying 300 plus a week.

0 wasn't an option. I stayed there for 2 weeks. 1st room, mold was bad so I was moved to a 2nd room. Mold was there as well. The video attached is my 2nd room. I didn't get one of the 1st. But my review is also to the management at this location. I tried explaining i was charged after paying with my husband's bank card. When brought to her attention, she tried arguing the fact they kept it for cancelation on booking.com part. I was at the hotel while the front desk clerk spoke to booking. I paid through booking and the temporary card booking sent the location only took out the exact amount that was taken from my account. So not only was she trying to lie to me, but I heard from her own employee while on the phone with booking that it was paid for. She told me if I went to my bank to dispute it, we would have to vacate knowing good and well we just paid the weekly rent the day before. She is rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. By the way, i went to the bank Saturday and got it disputed, showing the charge being taken from our other account. SO I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK. They don't allow you to change out your towels for clean ones until 2 WEEKS or you get charged. That is extremely disgusting. They don't provide quarters but charge you 3.25 to wash and 3.25 to dry. I will say I enjoyed a couple of long-term stays there, but as far as the others, keep an eye out. 1 tenant there had to have cameras installed because they go into your room when you're not there and go through your things. I highly recommend you all STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
