WoodSpring Suites Signature Houston IAH Airport

Dirty. I had a spill the first day. I cleaned the floor with a towel, which became extremely dirty afterward. They don't do housekeeping, only every 15 days if you stay long-term. They charge for a clean towel. Beds are hard and cheap; you may as well not have pillows. No one is at the front desk after 10 for whatever unsafe reason. Lose your key card and get charged $10 for another one. Poorly taken care of. I almost forgot about the annoying motion detection light switches. Not even free coffee like every other hotel I have been in, and no coffee pot in the room either. I stay 5 nights a week in a hotel, and this is by far the worst experience in years.

horrible staff !!! management has room inspections where they come at random times and tell you to vacate if you dont sweep and mop the floor! pleaseeeeeeee dont ever come. only person who wasnt rude and was actually helpful was the guy! cabinets were old dated along with tub, refrigerator. but i hate to say the women were terribly rude

I recently had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at WoodSpring Suites. When we arrived, my ID was expired, so my husband used his valid ID to rent the room. Everything seemed fine at first, but shortly afterward, the staff called the police on us and told us we had to leave — without giving any real explanation. other than my ID was expired however my husband had Valid one And rent the room... What made this even worse is that we had our four-month-old baby with us, and they put us out in the cold with nowhere to go. We were treated unfairly and without compassion, and the situation could have been handled with much more understanding and professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially families, due to the way we were treated. Management should seriously review their policies and how they handle guests, particularly those traveling with young

We checked in and went to the room opened the door and it smelled like dogs. Closed the door went to the front desk. We told the lady at the desk that it wasn't what we expected and would like a refund. She offered another room and we declined. She would not refund our money even though we didn't stay there.

The rooms are decent. The place does not have pests at all. The staff is friendly. Management could use improvement. Overall if it’s a short term stay. Not a bad choice.
