First of all since being here in June the place has had a huge turnaround for the better. Before it was more a free for all, drug dealers in plain sight, kids running everywhere, fighting, loudness in general after hours, etc. You do have to look at this as a business and yes it may be strict, but without rules in place it would be back to square one. The building is older and things are still needed but its a slow progress to better than before. Since coming here in June I do see a turnaround in the cleaning and overall upkeep of property. Prior everything seemed dirty with watching people just throw trash out there car window without any consideration for example. The choaticness has calmed down significantly since, managment is doing the best they can. They will work with you as long as its reasonable and your not being combative or impolite, again you have to understand this is a business not an apartment complex so some things may seem stricter etc. However rules have to be in place in order for things to be stable, above all else I wanna thank God for getting us here and answering the prayer for change. God answered quickly within the few months, its alot better than we're we were last year. With that being said, thank you to both managment/team for keeping this place as running smooth as possible. They all have been helpful and understanding with everything. Just know they all do as much as they can do as human beings to run a hotel smoothly, not everything will be perfect of course but changes are better than none.

The general manager Bridget Johnson needs to be terminated. She is very unprofessional, does not care about the tenants and guest at this location. She is making false reviews just like she makes false accusations for bans.Do not rent or stay. The rooms are outdated, blinds have cigarette burns on them, water is brown, roaches are in the rooms, wifi is not working properly, no sitting outside or any areas, you locked in your room like an inmate in a cell, they have mold and grime in the rooms. Be prepared for weed and cigarette smell at the front door also in your room. The Vendor machines eats your money, the washer and dryers are not properly working and expensive. $3.25 to wash $3.25 to dry for the dryer to not dry your clothes and washer to not spin all the water out your clothes. Beds slide to the walls not sturdy. The Microwave and stove does not work. Yeah, glad to leave that place was a nightmare went somewhere much better. Trying to do this place a favor by providing money to this dump because, everyone was leaving for this poor representation of a suite. Not doing that again. If it's horrible, I'm not staying. No matter how much they beg for people to stay and give good reviews for a low price. Low price equals bad quality. No thanks.

We travel a lot for work, 12 states in 6 months with a beautiful autistic 4 year old. Booking online is always hit and miss, the pictures never match the rooms. They never have what they say and when I tell you the was by far the worst experience of our life I mean it full heartily. We booked with super+ as we have for all our hotel stays and the girl alyissa at the front desk said their card was declined. So we called the 3rd party, it turned out she was trying to over charge them because she didn't have a manger discount to apply the pricing for online. The manager who supposedly worked at the Hilton started screaming at my wife clapping her hands in her face yelling I need my money. We tripled pay for that night and the 3rd party app refunded us. Just to end the night with 6 people pounding on our door calling us bad parents because our 4 year old was driving her little toy car on the floor while we were making dinner. We were asked to leave the next day because we reported the manager then they charged us an extra 98.70!!!! The most untrained, unprofessional place we have seen in the last 12 states including Vegas and New Mexico. DO NOT GO HERE.

I give this hotel a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫. Bridget and her staff are so wonderful and helpful. She has her staff on top of everything here. Mrs. Bridget had so many people trying to book with her and trust me when I say she was getting them in and out and was multi tasking with everything coming her way. I give her big props. Ms. Alyssa was a very big help when i came here for the first time. She was very welcoming and nice and sweet making sure we had everything we needed for our stay thank you Mrs. Bridget and Ms. Alyssa and your wonderful team here at WoodSpring suites.

Shoutout to Tenare who helps run front desk spectacularly! He helps out us asap with any issues we may be facing with the WiFi, room rates, changes being made to the hotel, etc. He keeps this place as safe and peaceful as possible too which is much appreciated to the max. He even helps out guests when he’s not on the clock and if that’s not sincere dedication to making this property a great location and a happy place, I don’t know what is! May that man get a raise and a promotion immediately.
