We had to SmartStay for NCA Nationals with this hotel. Our flight arrived at 6:45am and we were so exhausted so we decided to just stop by and see if any rooms were open. The guy at the front desk was very compassionate to our situation and moved some things around so we could check in early. He literally walked up to the room himself to make sure everything was ready. This kindness and hospitality was endless with him! The lady doing the breakfast was like the mother of the crew, making sure our children were taken care of! This staff went above and beyond (imo) for our family and it was exactly what we needed! The rooms were quite small and shower water was lukewarm at best but quickly overlooked due to the phenomenal staff!

Wonderful hotel, clean, welcoming especially our Breakfast Hostess Brenda. Always a pleasure to see her shining face. Brenda's breakfast was delicious and she made the hotel feel like home. Will miss seeing Miss Brenda, she the best.

The hotel was EXTREMELY NICE. I liked how everything was neat, organized and CLEAN! We needed to stay here after we had issues with our AC and RAQUEL was very PROFESSIONAL. Definitely will come again, she took great care of us. Thankyou RAQUEL for being so NICE. You made a difference. Thanks for being understanding and having a sense of urgency. Plus, they had great oatmeal with all the great toppings. Complimtary breakfast. VERY HAPPY

Room was very clean, this is my 5th time in this hotel kitchenette is a perfect size, bug free, showers are really great
