The hotel was EXTREMELY NICE. I liked how everything was neat, organized and CLEAN! We needed to stay here after we had issues with our AC and RAQUEL was very PROFESSIONAL. Definitely will come again, she took great care of us. Thankyou RAQUEL for being so NICE. You made a difference. Thanks for being understanding and having a sense of urgency. Plus, they had great oatmeal with all the great toppings. Complimtary breakfast. VERY HAPPY

I travel for my company I work for and they booked me this hotel for a week June 22. When I first got in and tried to check in the front desk worker Isodore was rude from the beginning and DID NOT want to bother and help me check in like he was supposed to. Ive traveled for the company been to many hotels and they always check me in especially since the company books the hotels. isodore Just kept denying me and wouldn’t go into the hotel system and do his part he just kept repeating , “the night auditor took care of it” with his hands behind his back and DID NOT bother to lift a finger and check their system. I got on the phone with my travel agency they said the hotel should’ve reinstated it first thing. That is what isodore failed to do. When I got back from being on the phone he did something with bookings and left the cook with my room keys when I came out isodore failed to get any of my check in information and just gave the cook the keys to give me. The next day I use the keys and they’re not working isodore did not check me in correctly did not get my email,ID, or even anything when I initially tried to check in. I went to the front desk he acted as if it was the back doors fault when it was his since he DID NOT book my stay correctly or even check any of my visits information. He also failed to mention any of the cleaning services and when they’re provided. When I called to ask for new towels and when the cleaning ladies come and he said, “it was mentioned at check in”. isodore never mentioned anything because he NEVER checked me in correctly like he was supposed to. That made it VERY uncomfortable to even bother and ask the front desk anything. My stay here was very unpleasant he definitely made it uncomfortable. As a front desk worker with his 25+ years of experience I thought it would be better service, but I guess not he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I check out a day early since he really made me uncomfortable to be in the facility even made the checking out early difficult. He calls me leaves a voicemail asking for my card information two days later after I’ve already been gone checked out in THEIR systems that HE took care of. DID NOT MENTION anything about the card and if anything where to be wrong it would’ve gone wrong while I was checking out. He leaves a voicemail saying the card declined. That never happens with my travel company and I’ve been to different hotels I felt it was an unprofessional voicemail left since he called me asking for my card information first thing(whether it was for card theft not sure but the voicemail gave that vibe). I really feel if isodore would’ve taken the time and initiative to check me in correctly, do what he was supposed to, get ALL of my visit INFORMATION, so there wouldn’t be any issues on HIS part. With everything that happened I notified my travel agency the company I work for that books the stays about my experience with this hotel.

They have BED BUGS!! We got bitten by bed bugs there, I told staff and was moved to a new room but that room also had bed bugs blood stains on mattress. I got transferred to a third room and that room had bed bug mattress covers with rust and blood colored specks on them. Please be aware of the risk. We are still dealing with the repercussions of having stayed there! and on top of that are dealing with welts and bites on our bodies. Absolutely atrocious experience! Stay at your own risk.

I stayed at the hotel two weeks for business. My room was spacious for my use and very clean. The staff is very helpful. I didn't eat breakfast much but when I did, it was fine. The hotel was conveniently located and the neighborhood felt safe. I was very happy with my stay.
