The Yellow Brick Road House at East Downtown

I really enjoyed my tour with ReRe (Rheannan), she’s super sweet and informative and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys her job and is supportive of the property. The only reason I did not go forth with the application process if because I have a 7 yo and a Belgian Malinois and needed way more space for the price. However if you’re single or even an adult couple, this property would work. Also, the sky lounge is sooo beautiful. I almost reconsidered because of it lol

I just want to say a huge thank you to Marissa at the front office. Not only does she have a beautiful personality. She was very helpful in the process for the application. I went on a tour today and it was lovely. She was very insightful and is very professional. I was able to apply for the apartment today and I got pre approved within minutes. I have never experienced this level of quickness with an apartment before I am super excited to call this my future home. Marissa is so amazing. This apartment is so beautiful and has great prices! I look forward to moving here soon.

I toured this property but did not move in. I was later contacted about an application-related charge. Trying to charge me saying I submitted an application which I NEVER DID. They sent a $277 charge to collections which dropped my credit over 100 points for a false accusation from this complex. I never applied to this complex. I have proof of never responding to the countless emails from Marissa letting me know “ don’t forget to apply to get the promotion” that I disputed, and it was removed after investigation. I recommend keeping documentation and confirming all fee agreements in writing. So be careful when touring. And keep track of everything you do and don’t do. Management was very unprofessional, never contacted me back with information I requested. And I had to take matters into my own hands. I emailed over 10x asking for documents and proof and no response. Manager said she’d get back to me within a week which she never did.

I absolutely love living at Broadstone EADO. The community is beautiful, everything is always clean and well-maintained, and I truly enjoy being here. A special thank you to Karla, who helped me with the leasing process — she was amazing, kind, and made everything so easy for me. The attention and customer service have been perfect. I couldn’t be happier!

Boy what can I say not only is this a beautiful apartment complex. Marissa is absolutely an amazing person. She gives you that professional knowledge and care but makes you feel like your the only person she's ever leased too. Very personable, warm and friendly.
