Been at Broadstone EADO for a little under a year, and I feel an update is necessary. Maintenance has clearly stepped up. Requests are being handled on time and the work itself has been thorough. Increased security overnight is where the change really stands out. It’s the safest this place has felt in a while. Beyond that, the overall feel of the community has shifted in a good direction. Common areas are well-kept, communication from the office is consistent, and it’s clear residents’ well-being is a top priority these days. Credit goes to the new community director and the entire staff, who have set a different tone since stepping into the role. The improvements speak for themselves.

If you’re considering moving here, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research before signing a lease. Unfortunately, vehicle break-ins in the parking garage have become a frequent issue, with residents reporting stolen tires, wheels, and vehicles being left on blocks. There are also ongoing concerns with building access, as several parking deck entry doors do not properly work with resident key fobs. This often forces residents to walk to other floors or across the garage just to gain entry to the building. Despite management hiring a security company to monitor the property, these incidents continue to occur. Safety and security should be a top priority for any community, and in my experience, this location has not provided that peace of mind. I’m sharing this review so prospective residents can make an informed decision before moving in. Because the leasing office is not going to give you all this information..

I cannot say enough great things about Marissa! From the very first interaction, she made my apartment search feel completely stress-free. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect place. Marissa is the kind of leasing agent who genuinely cares — not just about closing a lease, but about making sure you feel confident and excited about your new home. Her knowledge, warmth, and dedication made all the difference in my experience at Broadstone. And on top of all that — today is her birthday! 🎂 I just think it says a lot about her character that even on her special day, she's out here making people's lives better. Marissa, you deserve all the recognition and so much more. Happy Birthday! I hope your team and management know just how lucky they are to have you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish I could give her more than 5 stars 🌟

I really enjoyed my tour with ReRe (Rheannan), she’s super sweet and informative and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys her job and is supportive of the property. The only reason I did not go forth with the application process if because I have a 7 yo and a Belgian Malinois and needed way more space for the price. However if you’re single or even an adult couple, this property would work. Also, the sky lounge is sooo beautiful. I almost reconsidered because of it lol

I toured this property but did not move in. I was later contacted about an application-related charge. Trying to charge me saying I submitted an application which I NEVER DID. They sent a $277 charge to collections which dropped my credit over 100 points for a false accusation from this complex. I never applied to this complex. I have proof of never responding to the countless emails from Marissa letting me know “ don’t forget to apply to get the promotion” that I disputed, and it was removed after investigation. I recommend keeping documentation and confirming all fee agreements in writing. So be careful when touring. And keep track of everything you do and don’t do. Management was very unprofessional, never contacted me back with information I requested. And I had to take matters into my own hands. I emailed over 10x asking for documents and proof and no response. Manager said she’d get back to me within a week which she never did.
