I just want to say a huge thank you to Marissa at the front office. Not only does she have a beautiful personality. She was very helpful in the process for the application. I went on a tour today and it was lovely. She was very insightful and is very professional. I was able to apply for the apartment today and I got pre approved within minutes. I have never experienced this level of quickness with an apartment before I am super excited to call this my future home. Marissa is so amazing. This apartment is so beautiful and has great prices! I look forward to moving here soon.

Boy what can I say not only is this a beautiful apartment complex. Marissa is absolutely an amazing person. She gives you that professional knowledge and care but makes you feel like your the only person she's ever leased too. Very personable, warm and friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Greystar-managed property, particularly during move-out. During my move-out inspection, the property manager was present. I specifically raised the issue of a broken microwave handle, which I had previously reported during my tenancy. Management had acknowledged the issue earlier and stated that the repair could not be completed due to unavailable parts. During the move-out discussion, I explicitly asked whether I would be charged for the microwave handle. The manager told me that I would **not** be charged for it, as the issue had already been reported and was not repaired due to management’s inability to obtain parts. Despite this, I was later charged for a full microwave handle replacement after move-out. I was also charged nearly $1,200 in total move-out fees, including full carpet replacement in both bedrooms and full painting. The unit did not suffer any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and the carpets were fully functional, intact, and did not require replacement. No evidence was provided to demonstrate damage or justify full replacement or repainting rather than standard cleaning or routine turnover preparation. This was not my only difficult experience with Greystar. At another Greystar-managed property, I previously experienced a pest issue that also required a prolonged and difficult dispute process before it was finally addressed. While the issue was eventually resolved, the process itself was unnecessarily time-consuming and stressful as a resident. Based on these experiences across multiple Greystar-managed properties, I would strongly caution prospective renters to think carefully before choosing a Greystar property. The dispute resolution process appears to be consistently complex and difficult for residents to navigate. Overall, these experiences felt less like fair property management and more like repeated attempts to shift responsibility and administrative burden onto tenants. I strongly recommend that future residents document all maintenance requests and obtain any representations in writing.

My experience is not a good one! I moved in Oct 1st. My car was stolen on Oct 29th. And management team was so rude. Wouldn’t cooperate with police needed video footage lied about having on-site security. I’ve been asking to be release from my lease not I have anxiety real bad this has been a very bad nightmare. It’s noisy and scary here I personally don’t feel safe.

I’m relatively new to living here, but from the application process to the move-in process and minor maintenance issues, Marissa has been invaluable, providing valuable tips and excellent communication so far. Now I have a cute kitten and we've been so happy since. I don't have any issues with any pests or noises, which is a plus for me.
