This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was infested with roaches. Not just one or two, but multiple. They were in the bathroom and crawling near the bed area. That’s completely unacceptable and unsanitary. On top of that, the front desk staff was extremely rude. The guy working the front acted like helping guests was a burden. When I brought up the issue, he was dismissive and had an attitude instead of trying to fix the problem. No apology, no concern, nothing. Cleanliness and basic customer service are the bare minimum for any hotel. This place failed at both. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with poor treatment and serious hygiene issues.

Do not stay here. I booked a room for 1 night for an appointment the following day. Check in was irritating because I had to go withdraw $50 for a deposit. Would put it on my card because I’d likely never receive it. Room smelled funky. Like it had been wet and not properly dried. I left and picked up food. I returned and set it on the desk. In the time it took to wash my hands, 4 German cockroaches made an appearance on the desk. I moved the food to the coffee table and the same thing happened. I started looking around and noticed more. The furniture is infested with roaches. I refused to sleep there. It was that bad. Who knows what creatures live in the bed. I ended up sleeping on a friend’s couch and returned the following morning for my deposit. I got it back immediately as promised. Only after I saw the roaches did I check the reviews. The all said the same thing. I didn’t bother checking because I’ve already had a pleasant experience with Quality Inn. Never anything close to this. This place is a Quality Inn in name only. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give them no stars that will be great. The roaches greeted me at the door. The water didn’t get hot. Customer service was horrible that man at the front desk by the name of ANEEL is very very rude for absolutely no reason. The room stunk so badly. The bathroom vent is louder than the tv. People thug outside all night with no respect nor dignity. HORRIBLE

Don't know how I missed the reviews in this. I was there last night. When I got out of bed and turned the light on to go to the bathroom about 9:30 the roaches that covered the floor scattered. I had to find a new hotel and check out after I had already been to sleep. On top of that they said it would be up to 10 days before I would get my $50 deposit back and Expedia is refusing to refund my booking. The furniture and doors looked like a crowbar had been taken to them. The highway outside sounded like a racetrack and they informed me that the parking lot was not safe. A nightmare. Don't stay here.

Quality Inn & Suites West Chase Stayed 2 nights.. reserved the room... arrived after midnight for check in... Shocked that a $50 deposit was required since they already have my card on file..1st night in room #413, water ran all night in the tub, bathroom fan was so loud, it was hard to hear anything else, smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and covered with a bag, chirped all night,.. coffee maker in the morning didn't work... water got hot and ran right through the bottom. One of the key cards didn't work...No hot water in the room. It was tepid, at best...only 1 face cloth, and only 2 bath towels Last straw was that my daughter closed the bathroom door to use the toilet and the door wouldn't open. Had to get help from the front desk... Then, he explained that this had happened with that door, before. Great!! What would have happened if she had been alone? She'd have been trapped until housekeeping the next day. The cleaner did change the coffee maker and silence (not fix) the smoke alarm, after I reported it. After that, we were moved to room #207. First, the room stunk... I hoped it would get better... It didn't. Then, I tried to use the microwave... Opened the door and gagged... Full of mold. Ran water in the bathroom sink and tub... No hot water, again.. tepid. Bathroom fan doesn't work at all. The first time I flushed the toilet, I had to flush 3 times to get the toilet paper to go down. It worked after that. I saw a roach in the bathroom, and another kind of roach on the nightstand in the morning!!... Brown crap smeared on the wall in the living area next to the desk in the room. I have never stayed in a Quality Inn that was this horrible... I will not stay here again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.. Addendum: we asked about a refund and were told that because we didn't report it immediately and refuse to stay in the room, or check out of the hotel, that we accepted them as they were .. it was late at night and we were tired...we were resigned initially, out of exhaustion, to "make do" ...and if the rooms were as they should have been, there would have been no reason for switching rooms or finding another hotel...another needless inconvenience, and with 2 bad rooms already, how many rooms are we supposed to try to get a decent one?..
