Do not stay here. I booked a room for 1 night for an appointment the following day. Check in was irritating because I had to go withdraw $50 for a deposit. Would put it on my card because I’d likely never receive it. Room smelled funky. Like it had been wet and not properly dried. I left and picked up food. I returned and set it on the desk. In the time it took to wash my hands, 4 German cockroaches made an appearance on the desk. I moved the food to the coffee table and the same thing happened. I started looking around and noticed more. The furniture is infested with roaches. I refused to sleep there. It was that bad. Who knows what creatures live in the bed. I ended up sleeping on a friend’s couch and returned the following morning for my deposit. I got it back immediately as promised. Only after I saw the roaches did I check the reviews. The all said the same thing. I didn’t bother checking because I’ve already had a pleasant experience with Quality Inn. Never anything close to this. This place is a Quality Inn in name only. Avoid at all costs.

Don't know how I missed the reviews in this. I was there last night. When I got out of bed and turned the light on to go to the bathroom about 9:30 the roaches that covered the floor scattered. I had to find a new hotel and check out after I had already been to sleep. On top of that they said it would be up to 10 days before I would get my $50 deposit back and Expedia is refusing to refund my booking. The furniture and doors looked like a crowbar had been taken to them. The highway outside sounded like a racetrack and they informed me that the parking lot was not safe. A nightmare. Don't stay here.

Disgusting Experience – Will Never Recommend This Hotel This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The stay was awkward, uncomfortable, and absolutely unacceptable. I found roaches on the bed in my room, and even saw roaches inside the elevator, which shows there is zero cleanliness or proper pest control in this place. There was no sense of responsibility or commitment from the staff, and the overall condition of the hotel was pathetic. I was so uncomfortable that I wanted to check out early, and I strongly believe I deserve a refund for such an awful stay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about guests and basic hygiene.

Quality Inn & Suites West Chase Stayed 2 nights.. reserved the room... arrived after midnight for check in... Shocked that a $50 deposit was required since they already have my card on file..1st night in room #413, water ran all night in the tub, bathroom fan was so loud, it was hard to hear anything else, smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and covered with a bag, chirped all night,.. coffee maker in the morning didn't work... water got hot and ran right through the bottom. One of the key cards didn't work...No hot water in the room. It was tepid, at best...only 1 face cloth, and only 2 bath towels Last straw was that my daughter closed the bathroom door to use the toilet and the door wouldn't open. Had to get help from the front desk... Then, he explained that this had happened with that door, before. Great!! What would have happened if she had been alone? She'd have been trapped until housekeeping the next day. The cleaner did change the coffee maker and silence (not fix) the smoke alarm, after I reported it. After that, we were moved to room #207. First, the room stunk... I hoped it would get better... It didn't. Then, I tried to use the microwave... Opened the door and gagged... Full of mold. Ran water in the bathroom sink and tub... No hot water, again.. tepid. Bathroom fan doesn't work at all. The first time I flushed the toilet, I had to flush 3 times to get the toilet paper to go down. It worked after that. I saw a roach in the bathroom, and another kind of roach on the nightstand in the morning!!... Brown crap smeared on the wall in the living area next to the desk in the room. I have never stayed in a Quality Inn that was this horrible... I will not stay here again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.. Addendum: we asked about a refund and were told that because we didn't report it immediately and refuse to stay in the room, or check out of the hotel, that we accepted them as they were .. it was late at night and we were tired...we were resigned initially, out of exhaustion, to "make do" ...and if the rooms were as they should have been, there would have been no reason for switching rooms or finding another hotel...another needless inconvenience, and with 2 bad rooms already, how many rooms are we supposed to try to get a decent one?..

The rooms are clean but run down but the water is not hot. lukwarm at best. The reception is really bad. He would not accept my ID on the account that it doesnt have an expiry date on it! I tried to explain that its a UK ID and that it has my photo and name on it. Even explained that the if TSA accepts this ID why doesnt he? and I have the email confirmation of the booking in my email on my phone as well as my credit card which mentions my name but he wasnt interested and said "He cant give me the room" then he started tip toeing behind the counter and looking at my wallet to see what he can see and then he said, give me that ID (in my wallet) and said "All I had to do was to give him this ID!) like a boos talking to an inferior employee. certainly not someone who is providing a service! Bear in mind that this is happening at 10PM after a rather long trip.
