I used to come here as a regular customer, but I had the worst experience just now. I had asked if I could rent a room for 4 hours and checked in at 8:16am, and that was fine. I noticed the receipt came to be $46, and I did notice the price has gone up a little. And after 4 hours were up, nobody came to the door, nobody knocked on the door, no call, no notification at all 2 HOURS LATER (We were supposed to check out at 12:16pm; I even went up to the front desk to check out. But the same man that was there this morning was not there. When I went out to go check again, the same man knocked on our door and was visibly upset and told me and my girlfriend "we needed to get out" because we had OVERSTAYED our stay at our room by 2 and a half hours. And demanded that I pay 41 dollars extra for the 2 and a half hours. How does 2 and a half hours correlate to 41 dollars? When the original price for 4 hours equal $46 dollars. I do feel like that was a bit excessive. Again, nobody even notified that our time was up and that we needed to check out.... I asked this man some questions as to understand why I was being overcharged and never notified, and he just dismissed me without any answers. And I was being very kind, calm, and trying to understand why the price came to be. Where was this man when we needed to check out to make sure the card didn't get taken away if dropping off the card at the front desk? Why weren't we notified? Why was there no one at the front desk? I would give this a zero star if there was an option. I will be posting this to Yelp and other review sites. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND SCAM YOU for not doing their part to notify you that your time is up!

They initially asked my ex boyfriend if we needed an hour room. I'm 36 an small, wearing a long dress with many layers and combat boots I was extremly insulted. I didn't even know about hour rooms.. I let it go. A different time staying alone for the week around 6pm I got a knock at the door I went to put on pants being only in panties and man an woman open the door before I was covered.. I'm modest an wasnt happy. Room service had already came between 11am an 1pm.. then someone tried getting into my room 3 days in a row, it freaked me an my cat out a bit..I had my friend and his dad come stay the last night of the week. Next day they let my ex Pay later in the evening as they had let him the week before. Told them I'd like a kitchenette room, my friends would like to keep my room. I felt safe being on my own knowing they would be near. Got cash appd the $ an paid their 76$ for my old room an the 376$ for a week w the kitchenette, was told it wouldn't be ready till the following day. I'm polite, said that was fine. Got woke up rudely at 11, told to get my stuff out. The man acted like he didn't kno about any kitchenette, it was 350$ for my room without. I'd paid 376, he shows me a paper saying I paid the week for the room my friend was wanting to pay another night on.. I put my stuff in my old room, called my ex an told him he was playing stupid. He overheard an was mad an says to get out, me an my friends an went an opened his door to tell him we had to leave. They told my ex if we got everything out of the room id get thw kitchenette an them another room. No, im not stupid. They almost got another 76$ had i not snapped to. There is no refunds here. The cleaning ladies were very kind. the men at the front desk are criminals. Im letting them keep the week, id rather stay in my storage unit than be treated as such. They got 452$ an almost another 76.. they will swindle you. Be weary. I was a woman an her cat.. they've no business running this business.

This hotel was AWFUL! First off I came in under my company rate HOWEVER, I was charged $100 MORE than everyone else for a horrible room. Now granted I should’ve checked every single inch of the room when I checked in but I was in a complete rush to get straight to work in the mist of the horrible rain! So once I got off and to my room to unpack the rest of my things I noticed ALOT OF ISSUES! I was told the manager would be in at 7 just for me to sit and wait in my car (because I refuse to sit in that horrible room) from 4:30-6:57 a.m. JUST TO BE TOLD THE MANAGER WASN’T COMING IN TODAY! The guy at the desk insisted on seeing what’s wrong with the room. As he stood there with this horrible, confused stupid look on his face…seeing everything that was wrong with my room, he looks at me and says “what’s the problem, this is a good room”! NOW SIR GET YOUR LIFE! This room was horrible from the mold on the wall/ceiling, the FOIL PANS under the AC with water already in it, to the hair EVERYWHERE & oh let’s not forget the so call “stovetop” was missing handles! He acted like he didn’t want to give me the managers number until I step out of character and demand a REFUND! BUT before that I was even willing to move to another room as long as I could inspect before moving my things. Despite the 4 rooms next to me that were completely empty I was told NO! Thanks to management once I did get a hold of him for giving me a refund (even though they charged me for one night) I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! Enjoy the pics 😉

Edit August 15th Not as clean as usual. Dust on walls and TV was super dusty. There was hair on the sink and counter. The carpet looks like it was destroyed by a pet? The carpet by the door is ripped. Good place. Good price. 🤷♀️ Clean. Cheap. Good customer service. Needed a place to crash while maintenance was working on my place. Was nice. Not busy.

This place was fine the 1st week, but if you have a dog, and they aren't fully potty trained, my advice is to go somewhere else. Stayed over 3 weeks here, $25 pet deposit a day plus room...got kicked out cause dog had accident..And he was mad cause he would have to pay someone $125 to clean carpet...!!! But doesn't the pet deposit I've paid daily cover that plus some ?!!! Over $500 on pet deposit..I will not go back!!
