Firstly, they are implementing a new thing where maintenance bangs on your door every week demanding rent be paid, even if you have been living here for MONTHS and pay on time every time. Going as far as to ENTER YOUR ROOM WHILE YOU ARE IN THERE. Speaking of maintenance, they are useless except for demanding money. Nothing gets fixed, or you're told it's "supposed to be like that". The people who stay here huddle outside and stare when you walk to your car, very odd behavior. The only person who works there with semi decency is crystal. Rooms are nasty, nothing was cleaned before we got there, and there was some strange yellow liquid on the floor in the hall outside. Please consider re training staff.

This is our second time booking a weekend with this hotel, the first stay was a mess but we decided to give it a try… this time we booked for the apartment style room for the weekend instead of staying it wasn’t available the booking was set. Once we got to the hotel that’s when we were told it wasn’t available and had to get a basic room and they took off $100 because of their fault. Well we checked out this morning we have two small children and wasn’t told where to smoke so we figured smoking on our balcony was ok since everyone else does it. This morning 1/4/26 front desk (Legacy) comes to the second floor with a snoodity attitude and says “if you want to smoke go to the table or pay the smoking fee” then looked at the people we assume live at hotel and started using hand gestures that we were smoking. Very unprofessional. So we deceived not to wait until 11 am to check out, we left at 9:00 am. Very unprofessional Legacy needs to go! We were never explained where we could or couldn’t smoke several people have chair outside their rooms to smoke I’m assuming they are living there and get a free ride when you have people living there. The booking process is dreadful the website is not up to date with the hotel itself the staff is a mess just as much as their rooms.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! My a/c went out in my house and I wanted some relief for a night so I decided to book here. The pictures that are listed on the hotel site and other 3rd party sites are a LIE! I don’t even see how this hotel is even open. The front desk clerk was not rude, and I believe she knew the conditions of the room which is why she tells you to go view it before you actually check in and receive your key. I have never had a hotel tell me to go view the room, so that was a red flag right there. Upon going to go see the room, I had to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor because the elevator was out of service. There were men hanging all out outside and for reference it was about 9pm. There was trash overflowing from the bins along the hall and there was an overbearing smell of beer and urine. When I got to the room to inspect, immediately I noticed mold on the ceiling and roaches all over the floor near the kitchen area. I just walked out and went back to the front desk. I didn’t want to stay there and didn’t feel safe either. Since I booked through a 3rd party, I had to deal with the hassle of waiting about a little over a month for a refund but I finally received my refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get the ball rolling because it seemed as if Expedia did not want to give me a refund. Overall, this hotel was just not for me. It’s cheap and looks like people actually live there. But shame on the hotel management for letting the roach and mold problem go on like that. And clean up the outside! It’s just ridiculous how they are even open! You ever watched Joe’s Apartment? Think of that when you want to book here!

I cant in good faith recommend this location. They tell you to view the room before paying because there are no refunds which I thought was strange but I figured how bad could it be. My room didnt have a working stove. It wasn't a big deal because I wasn't going to be there long. It didnt seem too bad so I kept my reservation. But after being there a few days I noticed dried blood in the bathroom on the towel rack, inside the door frame, and possibly on the bathroom ceiling. Like someone was beaten in there, or maybe doing drugs? Also certain spots on the wall were discolored like it was painted over. The area looked like it had marks from a knife? I dont know . Doing a quick walk through its not something you would initially notice or even think to look for. I have never stayed any place like this and it's in a so called good area. The man next door to me said he had been there a while and noticed sex workers, drug use and other activities. It's not safe nor sanitary. It’s definitely a health hazard. It's a stay I wish I could forget. I cant help but imagine what happened inside the walls of room 305.

I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk person kept interrupting when I was talking to the GM. Dogs kept me awake seven nights of my stay keeping me awake. I complained many times GM said he removed the people but they were still there. Then he said it was last week and the police would not let him remove the people. He got upset and said I threatened him when I called corporate and complained. I recorded every interaction with him and all staff members no threats were made. Now to get a refund for the seven nights of deprived sleep I have to go to small clams court. Instead of giving a refund they make things up. Stay away from this hotel.
