Lived here for almost a year to present - Great location. New GM Tanya came on board in October 2025. She keeps the property ship shape and is meticulous to details. Her organization & management skills are outstanding as far as staffing, keeping property well-maintained and vendor Supplies on hand at all times. Tanya also has excellent people skills and is very kind in working with individuals, Stopping to have conversations with residents and Helping them As needed. She and her staff are extremely responsive to any requests and repairs And she keep an eye out for long-term residents who may have special needs.

My experience at this extended stay has completely turned around. When I first arrived, things were rough — the property clearly needed attention. But ever since the new management stepped in, everything has improved dramatically. The staff is responsive, the rooms are cleaner, and the whole place feels more organized and welcoming. I’m genuinely impressed with how quickly they’ve transformed the environment. If you’ve stayed here in the past, give it another shot — it’s a totally different experience now!

Before you book, read this. I meant to post this right after my stay in early June 2025, but I was tied up for months. Now that I finally have a moment, here is the worst motel experience I’ve had. Booking & Room Switch I booked a Premium room online. At check-in, I was told the Premium wasn’t available and was put in a lower-tier room. The $51 Issue (exact timeline) At check-in, the $51 reservation/first-night charge showed as a pending hold. The manager (Ashley) said it wouldn’t post and would clear on its own. Three days later when it did post, I asked again. She said it would be refunded. Later, another manager said it would take 2-3 more days. At checkout, Ashley said she’d speak to her manager and it would be refunded (“don’t worry”). A week later, she said she’d ask corporate to refund it; another week later, she said she was still waiting. When I called corporate, they told me: (1) the property should not have charged the full week because the $51 counts as the first night and should be deducted; and (2) if it was charged incorrectly, the property must refund it because they collected the payment. After that, Ashley reclassified the $51 first-night payment as a “non-refundable deposit.” This is not the damage deposit; I also paid a separate $50 cash deposit for damages, which was returned at checkout. In my view, relabeling the $51 first-night payment as non-refundable (after multiple assurances to refund) was improper. All my calls with her were recorded as evidence. Conditions & Cleanliness In the first room, the AC was packed with mold/dust. I had to sleep in an N95 mask; my chest and throat hurt from the air coming out of the unit (see photos&videos). When I was moved to what they called “Premium,” the showerhead was rusted and caked with mold (check pictures). A weekend manager (while Ashley was off) said it was disgusting and unacceptable and should be changed. On Monday, Ashley and a colleague said it was “fine” and usable. Look at the photo and decide for yourself: would you shower under a fixture that looks like that? Bottom Line I am filing an official complaint with InTown Suites corporate about this location. Between the mishandling of the $51 and the unsanitary conditions, I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

My room was filthy and had a broken toilet seat. I complained to management on Monday and they couldn’t get around to fix it until Saturday after I had to get upset with the manager and she apologized and said she would fix it right away. 20 minutes later it was fixed, but I had to get ugly. The place is filthy and every time you go outside it just reeks of pot. There’s trash everywhere and it stinks.
