We stayed here just for a night. The staff on Friday night around 8 PM was amazing. Very sweet to speak with & helpful. I am Hilton honors gold member. I requested a room that was quiet surroundings as I m a light sleeper. They gave us room at the end of the hallway but the room next to us someone kept banging on the walls. Once thar stopped I could hear someone stomping or maybe it was the door to the exit stairway that was being banged. It was hard to sleep. Room was clean. Beds are ok. Breakfast is not the best. All pork dishes other than yogurt & oatmeal. Nothing for vegetarians no potatoes. Next day when we checked the front desk person was pretty rough in her mannerisms to answer my question. Hotel has a small park next to it which maybe a plus for families with little children.

Just walked into my room and check out is at 12p from . It’s currently 11:05 am they were inside of my room trying to clean it and i only went to whataburger. It’s 4 min away . I usually would go downstairs and let them know that I’m checking out. This isn’t the first time as well as the elevators don’t work . Key card machine wasn’t working to the lint that the person had to walk me to my room. The hotel is dog friendly but they don’t implement the cleaning to go with it. The floors in the hallway smells like dog urine. The walls are super thin and I’ve been here to only realize the breakfast is recycled . No new food has been put out just the food from a couple of days before.

I typically do not leave negative reviews, as I understand that issues can occasionally occur. However, my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. My cousin and I traveled to Texas for vacation and chose this hotel based on her prior positive experience here. Unfortunately, this stay was very different. Overall, the hotel staff and facilities appeared pleasant, and we stayed in a room with two beds. During our stay, my cousin discovered a bug in her bed and woke up the following morning with multiple bites on her body. When we reported this to the front desk, the manager moved us to another room but insisted that the insect was not a bed bug. Regardless of its classification, it should not have been present, and my cousin had clearly been bitten. What was especially concerning was that no immediate precautions appeared to be taken following our report. We were moved to a different room, but there was no visible effort to inspect the original room, secure it, or address the issue in a way that suggested guest safety was being taken seriously. The manager offered additional loyalty points as compensation, but those points were never credited to her account. Four days after returning home, we took extensive precautions by immediately washing and drying all clothing and belongings to prevent the spread of any insects. Despite these efforts, I later discovered a bed bug in my bed and began experiencing bites myself. Since returning home, I have also stayed with both a friend and a family member, which has caused significant concern that the issue may have spread further. This situation has resulted in unexpected stress and additional expenses to address a bed bug infestation. This is not an experience I would expect from a Hilton property. At the very least, there should be proper acknowledgment of the situation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and financial impact caused.

Upon checkin, the staff put us in a room that was already occupied. The person occupying the room was not there when we walked in to discover dirty dishes in the sink, towel on the ground, trash in the trash can that I wsh I did not see (gross female hygene stuff), etc. When we went back downstairs to swap rooms there was a line and we were not treated as a priority. I had to speak up for this. The elevator was also slow when we first got there and then out of service shortly after. This was suprising since trhe property seemed fairly new.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. For three days, no one came to clean my room, and I had to take out the trash myself. I requested housekeeping, and they promised someone would come, but no one ever showed up. I will not stay at this place again.
