Stayed here for business purposes. Was a little skeptical reading thru all the reviews but I decided to gave it a try as it is the most convenient location and closest place to where I needed to go. My main concerns was about the bugs/cockroach complaints and how awful the service was. I had checked in online using my Hilton app as a gold member and was able to choose my own room on the 4th floor. I got in almost midnight and the front desk worker was very friendly and accommodating. There was a dead cockroach in one of the elevators that didn’t get cleaned throughout the time I was there (just one night and half the day). The room was clean although they did forget to put a trash bag in all the trash cans including one in the bathroom and the toilet seat had some weird black marks that I had to just wipe myself… other than that it was fine, bed was fine. Breakfast food was meh ok, looked better than it tastes, wasn’t expecting much anyway. I liked that you needed card access to go in the hotel during night hours (I think 9pm-6am), somewhat made it feel a little safer. Overall it was a pretty good stay

The staff at this hotel was the best I have ever dealt with at a hotel. They were so kind and helpful. We had a group of 30 there and they were so accommodating. The 2 grills were great for making dinner for a crowd. Kera had breakfast hot and ready for an early start. She also made rounds to check on everyone. She made eggs for one of our kiddos that's gluten free. Vinny was always ready with a smile and a list of suggested bbq restaurants. He put together a list of suggestions when we went to Galveston for the day. Chandra was ready to help when we needed tools for the grill and patient when we had dinner in the lobby after a long day of robotics. I would stay here again any time.

I wish I could give the service more stars. The staff was incredible and the rooms were beautiful. We got a free upgrade to our room upon check in and shout out to Rudi, she was the best! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Thank you all so much for the amazing stay!

Safe area in west chase Rooms are tidy but halls are moldy and have residue that can’t be identified. Please tend to that. Beautiful area and VINNY my man VINNY WENT THE EXTRA STEPS. GREAT SERVICE GREAT ATTITUDE ENERGY ALWAYS OPTIMISTIC AND MMADE ME AND MY PARENTS VERY COMFORTABLE

LOVED this hotel and the set-up of the rooms! The staff, Jaylen, Terrance and Rudy were all fabulous and took care of every need and concern. They were on top of things and made it a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, the maids were nice as well, and all around it was a great work trip and this room has been the best one I have been in a long time! DEFINITELY BOOK!
