I stayed here during an incredibly difficult week while my dad was in the ICU nearby, and I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for this hotel. The women at the front desk were truly exceptional. They are compassionate, kind, and genuinely caring. They gave me hugs when I was falling apart and offered real comfort when I needed it most. Their kindness made a world of difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for quick trips to and from the hospital. It gave me a place to shower after long nights in the ICU and a quiet spot to breathe when I needed a break. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options, but the people here are what set this place apart. I’m deeply thankful for how I was treated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again under better circumstances.

Clean, well kept facility with plenty of parking and a well lit parking lot. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The AC in the room was a bit loud but other than that, it was a great experience.

I hosted a Birthday Celebration for my husband 3 weeks ago. My family and friends are still talking about the party. I would like to Thank Ms Suzette ( director of Events and cartering) for helping me navigate the process. She was exceptionally professional and efficient with all her suggestions. Even when I was overthinking certain details she assured me that everything would be okay and she was right Everything was perfect! Her personality is priceless. She made my planning very easy. 💯 recommend having an event here!

My experience with this location has and always will be an awesome experience. This is an extension of my own home. The staff is amazing. So polite and welcoming. The manager Michael comes out and greets the guest as they arrive. The hotel lobby is always neat and clean. Smells fresh. When I come to Houston this is the only location I stay at and I travel a lot. Thanks for having an amazing work staff and we love the Front Desk Manager Kim Davis!! Always on top of her game. Keeps her staff informed and updated on what’s going on with the guess. She always has a smile on her face.

Good God, where do I begin? This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in years. I travel frequently, both in the U.S. and abroad, and even small hotels in remote parts of the Appalachian Mountains have provided better service, professionalism, and housekeeping than this property. At check-in, there were three women at the front desk. A polite young woman with dark hair handled my check-in efficiently, despite being repeatedly interrupted by another employee who seemed more interested in asserting authority than helping. The dark-haired woman remained composed and even apologized for the internet being out, offering to share her personal hotspot — a gesture I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my stay. When I went down to the lobby an hour later to get something to eat, chaos had completely taken over. There were at least 50 people crowded in the dining area. Children were running around unsupervised, adults were drinking and shouting, and food and trash covered several tables. The noise level was unbearable. The only staff member who appeared to be working hard and maintaining professionalism was, again, the young woman who checked me in. Meanwhile, a manager in leather pants wandered around aimlessly, and the same employee who interrupted my check-in seemed glued to the front desk, adding no value to the situation. As an owner of a large service company myself, I can confidently say that this property suffers from a lack of leadership and basic hospitality training. The only redeeming quality of my stay was the professionalism of the dark-haired front desk employee. I wish I’d gotten her name. To the general manager or owner — I strongly recommend visiting your property unannounced to witness the lack of order and professionalism firsthand. I would not stay at this location again. Offer your staff proper hospitality training, remind your managers of their responsibilities, and let the capable employees do their jobs without
