If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Front Staff is snobby and rude. The front staff seemed bothered with asking if we could check in an hour before check in time since we had drove all night to get into town. After giving us an attitude and telling us to come back in thirty minutes the front lady basically slammed down key and ID and didn’t do anything else. Didn’t bother to tell us check out time, gave no information on amenities, told us nothing about breakfast. We remain kind but we are super disappointed with such horrible attitude. Would never stay again. Hope the front staff does better.

I stayed here during an incredibly difficult week while my dad was in the ICU nearby, and I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for this hotel. The women at the front desk were truly exceptional. They are compassionate, kind, and genuinely caring. They gave me hugs when I was falling apart and offered real comfort when I needed it most. Their kindness made a world of difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for quick trips to and from the hospital. It gave me a place to shower after long nights in the ICU and a quiet spot to breathe when I needed a break. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options, but the people here are what set this place apart. I’m deeply thankful for how I was treated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again under better circumstances.

Clean, well kept facility with plenty of parking and a well lit parking lot. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The AC in the room was a bit loud but other than that, it was a great experience.

A very clean location. There was a glitch checking in so we didn't get our breakfast ticket. In front of everyone we were asked to stop while they checked out our room number with the front desk. It was humiliating and should not have happened. The chef was AMAZING. He took his job seriously and was so friendly! This is my only real negative. The staff was unfriendly and never even smiled.

Everything about my stay was fine until I tried to eat breakfast. On my way to the dining area, an Indian lady stopped me and questioned me about my room number, whether I was paying for breakfast, and if I had a food voucher. Since this isn’t my first time staying here, I knew that none of that was required to eat. I decided to go to the front desk to ask Kim, the manager, and she told me to go and enjoy my breakfast. What bothered me was that the same Indian lady did not stop the white man who walked by her just before me, nor did she question any other white guests who came to eat breakfast. This situation was embarrassing for my wife and me. Do better!
