Just lost a customer because the bus driver refused to let me on the bus. My flight was cancelled and needed a room for the night. He said I needed a reservation then said the hotel is sold out for the night of of 2/10 after even handing over my phone showing him that there’s available rooms to book for the night. Then still refusing to let me on the bus. I was going to book at the hotel for the cheapest prices available but no worries. I will be enjoying my stay at the royal sonesta. I will be sure to avoid hilton properties in the future.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but Will really made the experience. He was super helpful, friendly, and treated us so well. Truly great service. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible stay. There is no free breakfast, which is unacceptable for a Hilton, and the room stays hot no matter what temperature you set. The thermostat is basically useless because it’s controlled by an energy-saving system that won’t let the AC stay on long enough to actually cool the room. On top of that, the constant planes flying overhead make it sound like a jet engine all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you can sleep through nonstop airplane noise and don’t mind being uncomfortable the entire night.

First and foremost, the lady at check in was excellent. Friendly and chatty. As a Diamond member I stay frequently in Hilton brands and more HGI than the others. I've stayed at this location many times over the years however, it really is time to spend some money on this property, specifically the rooms. Noisy AC units, really bad shower heads and a not so comfortable bed, don't make for good stays. And now as a money grab, they charge for parking. My suggestion would be to either replace your bar attendant or train her how to actually serve and check on a person every now and again. Sad, used to be an ok place before a flight home. Again, check in experience was excellent.

One night in room 626. The room itself was very clean, and in mostly good condition. A few scuffs on the furniture, but nothing outrageous. Typical wear-and-tear for an airport property. This would have been a 5-Star review, however, the night I stayed, Oct 11th, for some reason they could not bill my food order against the room, i had to pay with a credit card. The lady at the bar said they would adjust my order for my Hilton Gold food and beverage credit when I checked out. Upon checking out, the lady at the front desk said she'd have to look into it and take it to their finance manager, and email me back. I left my receipt with her, 2 days pass, and I hear nothing from the hotel. I call and speak to someone who says they'll take the information and have the GM, Sasha, get back to me. Three days later, and I have not heard from Sasha even after leaving voicemails for her. I try to keep things at the property level, but when a General Manager can't respond to a guest issue, I had to take it to Hilton Guest Assistance. While they couldn't credit or discount my bill to the hotel, they did compensate me with some Honors points that I can use in the future. Honestly, if it had not been for this issue of not being able to get someone from the hotel to help me with not honoring my honors perk, this would have been a 5-Star stay. I don't fault any of the employees that tried to help me, it was something beyond their control. This failure was on the GM, Sasha, for not getting back to me and not making themselves available for nearly a weeks time to speak to me about the issue. I find this odd as this is apparently an Aimbridge managed property, and they are usually excellent.
