The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant in helping us book a last minute room when our original reservations fell through Leaving us stranded out of state. She had availability which was a miracle considering every where else was booked for the event nearby. Easy check in, 80 for one night which worked great for our situation, and the rooms were good. A wee bit run down, but to be expected. Having comfortable beds, a hot shower and clean space was more than enough. And the bathroom mirror was fantastic for doing your makeup.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. This place is absolutely disgusting, especially considering they charge as if it were a decent hotel. We had just arrived to our room and when we opened the bed, it was obvious that the sheets and blankets had NOT been washed. There were hairs and visible stains on the bedding, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. On top of that, as soon as you walk into the room, there is a very strong and unpleasant smell. The overall cleanliness of the room is terrible and made us feel uncomfortable staying there. This hotel does not meet basic cleanliness standards. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Location was great but the hotel itself was not. They have a bad roach problem. The roaches were crawling in the bed, counter tops, and in the refrigerator. When we mentioned it to the staff they weren’t surprised and said we couldn’t get a refund. So we checked the room even more we see they had been putting roach kill down. After being told we weren’t getting a refund they moved our room. The next room had mold and mildew growing in the air conditioning unit. I woke up sick. I had to call booking.com to complain because this was very unacceptable. I wish I could post the pictures but it’s not letting me. This needs to be known across all sites! If I could give 0 stars I would! Also I don’t want a system generated response this was very unprofessional and unpleasant! The staff is very rude and don’t care as long as they are making money! This hotel knows their rooms are nasty and don’t care! Even the boric acid behind all the appliances had roach eggs in them. There needs to be a way I can add pictures.

I have always used 3rd party apps to book my rooms because of frequent travel as my profile will show as well. No system is perfect so the site was slow processing my booking , I showed the manager my confirmation in my email l was immediately met with rude , short , loud aggressive language. I apologized and made sure he understood I was extended, I failed to mention, I had just done business with the location night prior and decided to extend . I want it to be public that I was treated like less than an customer and the Desk manager male gentlemen without any kind of logical reason Called the cops on me. It shows how they immediately think they can get rid of certain people the deem not worthy. Well I hope noone lets their cheap pricing lure them in. It's a reason , did some research and found all kinds of reasons why they are so grumpy! SORRY ECONO WRONG one ;) Be kind to customers they pay your commercial loan or franchising fees!! FYI calling the cops on me would be not the smartest thing to do if my property was litered with contraband !! Zero respect for People , no karma or third eye for these disgusting people with no empathy or discernment --- Definitely feel discriminated! My first negative post ever and I'm a vet!

I booked a stay at this Econo Lodge through SuperBooking for a special occasion, and it turned into one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. When I arrived, the front desk insisted I provide a credit card under my name for incidentals. My reservation was already fully paid for using my boyfriend’s card, which I had with me, and I also offered the number for another valid card under my name. Instead of working with me, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to accommodate reasonable alternatives — even though I had already secured the booking and provided payment. The way we were treated was completely unprofessional, and they refused to check us in at all. No attempt was made to resolve the situation, and the entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile. I left without a room, without any service, and with a terrible impression of this hotel. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I will be pursuing a refund through corporate and the booking site. Guests deserve respect and flexibility, not hostility and denial of service.
