This building has the most exceptional management team. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Adam at the Domain office for his unwavering accountability. Whenever he takes on a task, he approaches it with the utmost dedication and a genuine helpful attitude. Notably, he played a pivotal role in helping me secure a package that had been missing for five days. I highly recommend the Domain and Loft buildings at city centre.

Kourtney was wonderful during my tour of the property. Pleasant and educated about the units, amenities and just about everything else. Even if I move elsewhere , I would strongly recommend this community based on everything I’ve seen today and such great management staff.

Do not move here unless you have an affinity for reporting mold issues, dealing with broken elevators, and communicating with incompetent staff. This community was once well maintained, but it has declined significantly, particularly following the Greystar takeover. Basic building systems are consistently malfunctioning, including water heaters and elevators. A neighboring unit’s failed water heater flooded multiple apartments and resulted in mold. Management refused to take the mold issue seriously. Instead of engaging licensed and certified professionals for proper mold remediation, staff arranged for untrained vendors to paint over wet affected areas in an apparent attempt to conceal the problem. My repeated requests for appropriate remediation were ignored. Elton Valladares, an “assistant manager and a purported realtor, is untrained and uninformed, as confirmed by Jamie Blevins. He made unsupported policy assertions and dismissed concerns until the mold issue was escalated to the regional manager (Jamie Blevins) and ultimately Greystar’s corporate leadership (Bob Faith). Jamie redirected the issue to Lucy Lana who is just as clueless and useless as Elton. Elevator issues are constant and unresolved. Repairs are repeatedly performed by the unskilled vendors, with elevators returning to service briefly before breaking down again for weeks at a time. Management sends generic, canned updates that offer no meaningful information or timeline, suggesting little intent to actually resolve the issue. Competent staff were removed, while remaining employees have a reputation for ignoring maintenance requests and providing inconsistent or inaccurate information. This aligns with broader concerns about Greystar’s lack of accountability. The transition to Greystar’s new technology platform has only compounded the problems. The new website is difficult to navigate, payments and document uploads are unreliable, and communication with staff is cumbersome. When issues are raised, management deflects responsibility by citing their unfamiliarity with Greystar new procedures rather than addressing the need for proper training or staffing changes. Security has also declined. Hallway patrols no longer occur, and the parking garage entrance barrier is frequently broken. It is disappointing, because this property used to be a gem. Now, residents are paying premium rent for amenities that are consistently broken, poorly maintained, or unusable. Lease here at your own risk.

I want to share my sincere gratitude for Adam Solis, who showed an extraordinary level of kindness and professionalism. He reached out to let me know that several packages had arrived for me, even though I no longer live in Houston, and chose to hold them for me far longer than required simply because he understood my situation. Adam went above and beyond — not only keeping everything safe, but also helping my friend carry the packages to her car and even consolidating the items into fewer boxes to make things easier for us. That kind of thoughtfulness is truly rare. Although we’ve never met in person, Adam treated me with genuine care and exceeded every expectation. Adam is exceptional, and Domain at City Centre is very fortunate to have him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is everything! Love living in City Centre! Love the amenities here (dog park, 2 pools, bbq lounge area, gyms, and coffee/clubhouse). Really some of the best! We move around the country a lot for work (and a few places around the world) and I will say that this complex doesn’t do many activities for the residents like other high end apartments do (wine nights, holiday parties, painting parties, etc). The apartments are fine. Kitchen storage is horrible but you can walk to many great restaurants. Parking is awful in the car park. Very small spots, most next to cement poles. My car has already been hit once. We pay for 3 spots for 2 cars because of it. And everything being electronic (all doors, car park entrance/exit, access to buildings) means when there is a power outage there is as proof where nothing works. Live here for the amenities and location and put up with the rest.
