Whenever he takes on a task, he approaches it with the utmost dedication and a genuine helpful attitude. Notably, he played a pivotal role in helping me secure a package that had been missing for five days. I highly recommend the Domain and Loft buildings at city centre.

I would strongly discourage anyone from renting at this property. Our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. For more than a year, we had ongoing issues with the air conditioning. In Texas, having an unreliable AC system is not a minor inconvenience, yet despite countless requests and repeated promises, the problem was never properly addressed. We spent months dealing with discomfort, temporary fixes, and constant uncertainty. What made the situation even worse was the complete absence of management. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and there was absolutely no empathy for residents dealing with serious and prolonged issues. After enduring these problems for such a long time, we requested a credit or some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but our request was simply denied. Unfortunately, the AC issues were only part of a much larger problem. We also experienced ongoing safety concerns that made us feel uneasy living here. On top of that, the elevators frequently had problems, creating additional frustration and highlighting the lack of proper maintenance throughout the property. For the amount of rent residents pay, the level of service and care provided is unacceptable. A property should offer comfort, safety, and responsive management. Instead, we experienced the exact opposite: unresolved maintenance issues, poor communication, safety concerns, and a management team that seemed unwilling to take responsibility. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. There are far better places to live where residents are treated with respect and where management actually cares about the people who live there.

The maintenance manager, Raul, did a great job addressing a few issues in my apartment. He responded very timely and was professional. His team (Jenny and Sandra) were very helpful, too.

Chris M in the leasing office is awesome. From the first interaction, he has been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The apartments are nice, the community is well maintained, and the location is hard to beat. Highly recommend working with Chris if you’re considering this property.
