READ MY REVIEW BEFORE BOOOKING! first of all they hotel fish these rooms! the lobby is new and that’s how they’ll get you! this hotel is very disgustingly old! For starters we did pay around 215$ for 2 nights i thought was reasonable, get into the hotel and immediately in the halls you smell a rotten stench, elevator was acting weird, but that’s not the worst part. Get into our room and 3 of the lightbulbs are out, the lock on our door is broken, the walls, pillows, blankets, couch and furniture all stained with a very strong mildew odor. Sketched out at that point, 30 mins later our fire alarm is going off, very loud with a loud smell of fire and smoke, i checked the cords, lamps anything that could be a possible fire starter which anything could of the wires were electrical taped, battered with and could definitely spark! nothing was to be found, the front office lady i can say was amazing with helping but had no knowledge of the alarm going off because there systems did not work! SO A WALKING FIRE HAZARD! we got moved to our 2nd room, at that point we didn’t care it was so disgusting, glass on the FLOOR, i got my foot cut up due to it! everything was stained yet again! But we had plans and had to be ready in 2 hours, as time went by we realized it was still extremely hot, i complained 2 times already, the ac was not cooling down, so it stayed 80 degrees in there. After the lady was realizing it wasn’t cooling she moved us again, this was probably the worst room yet, a strong eroding weed and moldy smelled filled the room and everything in it, we didn’t stay at all we had moved our stuff and left for the night, come back around 3 am and we’re looking around because i physically couldn’t breathe right, i’m deadly allergic to black mold. We found black mold in EVERY VENT, SHOWER HEAD, ON THE COUCH, WALLS, BATHROOM WALLS! A LITERAL HEALTH HAZRAD WE DISCOVERED, but it was not shocking knowing everything we knew and saw before. The room lingered with a strong weed smell, crazy for a non smoking room, now this fire alarm was literally taped and broken! so yet another fire hazard! we stayed up booking another hotel far away, really disappointed we had to spend 156$ on another hotel for 1 night because this was a hell hole! we didn’t really sleep at all due to being terrified our dog was open when we got back that night at 3am, black mold and weed scent. I packed up went and did demand a refund, knowing this is a walking hazard and this hotel should not be allowed to stay open! after refusing another room, and arguing and being lied to for 10 mins, he finally said they’d refund my 3rd party booking app i had used to book, that was a week ago, i’ve contacted them and nothing, i can’t describe enough how horrible this place is and how we literally got sick within 24 hours being there, please do not stay here; don’t spend your money here. This place should be closed permanently.

•PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING• If I could give it 0 stars TRUST ME I WOULD absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Stunk so bad like mold BECAUSE THERE ACTUALLY WAS MOLD EVERYWHERE smelt like must I can tell no one absolutely no one cleaned those rooms. Me and my best friend got moved 3 times in different room under 2-3 hours after check in. First room fire alarm went off out of nowhere smelt like burnt. 2nd room we had no air conditioner it was so hot they couldn’t even get it to work. 3rd room smelt so bad mold, it was everywhere including the shower head. My friend is extremely allergic to mold and she couldn’t even breathe in there. My spirit was so uneasy trying to sleep in there I couldn’t even pray without feeling like something was there with us. I don’t know that hotel was absolutely disgusting and terrible PLEASE DONT BOOK THEM I know it’s a good price but I can see why. When we first pulled up there was like 6 cars os and then 10 max the next day that should’ve been the first flag it was not busy. ANYWAYS WE LITERALLY CHECKED OUT AND BOOKED A NEW BETTER HOTEL THE NEXT DAY . And we planned on stay 3 days there THANK YOU GOD WE DIDNT we booked a new place immediately. So please don’t waste your time and money.

I came here and booked the night before as it says on their website policy that you can checkin as late as 7am. I arrived and the man said I can't checkin after 530 so would have to book another night. This is after being on the road forever and just wanting a quick nap before continuing. I then showed him where their policy says 7am and he called his manager. He then told me they would swap my reservation to the next day but I'd have to pay another $25 for him to do it. Nowhere on their website says the latest time to checkin is 530am or anything about extra fees that you have to pay for them to follow their policy! Just insane!! And of course he wouldnt refund my booking money so I could've just went somewhere else. Worse experience ever. They don't honor their policy. Then the light in the room didn't even work! Ridiculous. Go somewhere else!

Upon check in. We edited at the counter with no one there, while 2 employees were at the other end of the room talking and informing us. When a man showed up at the counter, All he said was “I’d ?” No hello, no good Afternoon, nothing. The room smells musty. The bathroom has brackets on the wall and in the shower where shampoo and soap should be. There are 2 packets on the counter of shampoo. Now comes the worst. At 8pm my kids went to shower. Guess what! No hot water!! I call down stairs and they tell me the hot water is broken. I ask how long it’s been like that. She tells me all day. So you’re checking people into your hotel knowing there is no hot water and not telling them? She lays the phone then and has a conversation with someone else. Telling them I’m pissed about the water issue. She gets back on the phone and tells me that since I booked through a third party there’s nothing she can do. One of the worst hotel stays and customer service in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. Do not book here!!!

Ahhhh where do I begin. We live in the Corpus Christi area. We came to Humble to spend a few days with our daughters who live in Nac. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool... the location... and the amenities. Boy did I make a mistake. Ok so first of all... we were so excited to use the pool for the weekend. A main entertainment point for our weekend. It was cold. VERY COLD. The entire time. We couldn't even get in. Very disappointed in that. Let's talk about the structure of the building now. Its crooked. All the drawers wont stay closed because of this. Very annoying. The outdoor area by the pool was kind of messy. Doesn't seem like they really take care of it. I wanted to use the gym while we were here. 2/5 of the machines were broken. No treadmills for you.. sorrry!!! 😑 I wanted to take down a note in the room... sorry no notepad or pen for you!!. Our kids wanted to reheat their leftovers. The microwave should have heated it up in 1-2 min. It took 7 minutes to get it hot. Annoying. Then we had drinks in the mini fridge... they all froze. Sooooo the fridge is basically a freezer and the bed is basically a heater!!! We kept the room at 62°. The a/c works very well. But when you are in the beds.... TRUST me you are going to sweat. The mattresses absorb heat badly. Me and my husband woke up sweaty every morning but the room is freezing. Other than that... broken lamp... broken remote. Throw up stain in the room amongst other stains. Would not recommend this hotel unless you literally just need a hot bed to sleep in. Oh and the front desk lady with the red hair yelled at us for grabbing a few paper plates out of an OPEN cabinet. We were looking for some on the counter. MY BAD. rude lady.
