Great hospitality I highly recommend to stay here. People are great help you find things in the area. Walk you thru the check in process. The girls at the front desk are friendly and take their time with each guest. Breakfast is above what is expected and the rooms are clean. I would send a huge thank you to the staff

I wonder whom are the idiots that give this place any start? Paid ppl out of state that never visited? 0 Stars: Absolute Health Hazard – Fled at 3 AM! RUN. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst "hotel" experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. This location is an active health hazard and a disgrace to the Comfort Inn name. We checked in at 7:00 PM and were immediately assaulted by the air quality. The room was thick with a putrid, offensive smell that was barely—and sickeningly—covered by the heavy scent of bleach. The structural issues were immediately apparent: we found broken doors, large patches of peeling paint, and a bathroom that was a genuine biohazard. The shower was a monument to neglect, visibly coated in heavy rust and black mold. The bedding was the final, nauseating straw. The mattress was visibly stained with pee and what appeared to be cum stains, and it emanated an overpowering, sickening body odor—the kind of smell associated with a working person who hasn’t showered for weeks. Worse still, we quickly realized we were not alone. Roaches were openly roaming the room, skittering across the bathroom counter, and most horrifyingly, we found them crawling on the bed. It was impossible to sleep or even sit down in that environment. My anxiety reached a peak around 3:00 AM, amplified by the general feeling of unsafety, as the hotel appeared to be under some sort of lockdown when we first arrived. We went to the front desk seeking a full refund for the paid stay. Derek, the night clerk, was shockingly unhelpful and indifferent to the blatant problems. He refused to process any refund, coldly instructing us to wait until 6:00 AM when the manager would arrive. We immediately booked a room at the Sonesta Hotel in the Galleria and evacuated this toxic, unsafe location. This establishment is not fit for human habitation. See the pictures of this health hazard and avoid this place at all costs. The fact that they allow guests to sleep among roaches on stained mattresses is beyond appalling. I had left the horror place and moved to Sonesta at the galleria, at 4 am!

I’m not even sure how to put my experience into words. I stayed for about two weeks. The first week was overwhelming because of the condition of the room. On the second floor, facing the main gates, I discovered there were general humidity issues. The air circulation was poor, the room had a moldy smell, the floor felt damp, and even my belongings placed on the floor became humid. To make matters worse, there was a frequent marijuana smell in the corridor. I felt weak and unwell until my husband requested a room change. We were moved to the third floor, which at first seemed like an improvement. The air circulation was better, and the AC worked fine. However, the room had roaches—and I nearly passed out twice in the same day because of it. On a positive note, the service was fine, the breakfast was okay, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. But the combination of humidity, corridor odor, and roaches completely ruined what could have been a comfortable stay.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I booked a King bedroom and a double Queen bedroom. My king bedroom had no major issues whatsoever. Although my double queen room was infested with roaches. When I went into the bathroom and turned on the lights roaches were running around everywhere, which caused me to further inspect the room. There were dead roaches on the air vent on the carpets and live ones running around everywhere. I reported this to management after my younger siblings noticed the roaches and they said it would take over another hour to move in a room that was right next door. I declined and cancelled the remainder of my stay and I went to stay at another hotel. I provided pictures and videos to the staff on duty and was informed this would be provided to management. The staff on duty said they could not do anything to assist me but assured due to the horrific picture I showed her she was sure that her manager would reach out and rectify the situation. I called the following day was informed the manager didn’t come in that day. I called back today because I was informed the manager would be in today at 10 am I called at 2 pm spoke with a different staff member who informed me the manager was gone for the day. The front desk person name Vera said her manager Nicole only works 10-2pm and she was gone for the day, I asked why haven’t I received a call she said she was busy today. I proceeded to tell her my issue and said that someone should have already talked to me and I told her that’s the reason I’m calling cause no one has. She placed me on hold and said her manager can offer me 25%refund. There was no apology no direct conversation with management, no empathy for me having to find another hotel for my family last minute or anything. I declined Dh e offer and asked that she have her manager call me. The front desk representative Vera was very dismissive of my concern and had no empathy for the situation at hand. And now I’m writing this review and hopes that I can have the manager Nicole or any manager reach out to me to rectify the issue since no one wants to speak to me directly maybe this will help them understand my frustration if everyone can see how unprofessional and nasty these rooms are. I am very surprised that choice has this hotel listed with 4 start reviews for me to have had such a horrible stay
