We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what really stood out was the service. The General Manager personally helped us out and made our stay so much more accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

The room was so hot my partner and I went for valentine day this year. The room was over 80 degrees they have known for months that most of the floors are out of Acs yet still book people. When we asked for a refund they said we would have to go thru a 3rd party. They never let anyone use the pool. I would not recommend

Loved this stay! Disappointing that the pool and hot tub were supposedly being "serviced" (they looked fully functional). Overall, large rooms, clean, comfortable, smelled like a musty room (like it needed to air out the moisture), friendly/helpful staff, excellent breakfast options, and would recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at the Wyndham Garden in Katy, Texas! From the moment I walked in, the fresh, beautiful scent throughout the hotel made a great first impression. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—the bedding was especially cozy. The amenities were excellent, with a relaxing pool and hot tub that made my stay even better. The breakfast selection was also very good and a great way to start the day. A special thanks to Amira, the general manager—she was absolutely fantastic! Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I definitely recommend staying at this Wyndham Garden and will absolutely be back again!

My family & I stayed here for 2 nights. I will say the rooms were very spacious aswell as the bathroom. But the customer service and staff they have is not so pleasant seems very unprofessional. They do have complimentary breakfast since we booked on Expedia which runs from 7-9am. We arrived downstairs at 8:40 and all the breakfast was packed away, they had only then offered us small cereal bowls my kids were very disappointed. This place overall would be a lot better if they hire qualifying staff that want to work & look up the part to be at a hotel.
