Best Western Premier Energy Corridor

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at! The property is always extremely clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the doors. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and make you feel right at home. One of the best parts of my stay is always the breakfast. There are plenty of delicious options, everything is fresh, and it’s the perfect way to start the day. The breakfast area is also kept very clean and organized. The customer service is outstanding. Every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience and feel valued. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Between the cleanliness, amazing breakfast, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional customer service, this hotel continues to be my top choice whenever I travel. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what really stood out was the service. The General Manager personally helped us out and made our stay so much more accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

My second time staying here. Had 4 kids with me, The AC did NOT function but blew HOT air. It was definitely a hot day. Gave 3 hours to see if it would cool. It did NOT. Called front desk, 4 times and no answer. 11pm called and they hung up on me. So brought the kids downstairs to cool off, and to see if they could send us to a different room. They couldn't accommodate because they were no rooms available. I wanted a refund, then stated they could not accommodate that either, but to give me more points. We had no choice but to suffer throughout the night. Morning came and wanted to make sure if service was noted and to get my "BONUS" points for the broken AC unit. Week has now passed through, and the owner has not called or did not receive my "bonus" points. Hotel is nice, but did not appreciate the service and lies about any accommodation they offered.

Staying here for 2days. We got our travel booking date wrong but the staff was very patient and waited for us to deal with our credit card company. Room is spacious as well. Love this location having lots of EV chargers . Renovated in 2024 so pretty new. Dove as amenities is good but too little.

ROOM 328 - AC NOT WORKING - NO REFUND GIVEN. Front desk not available during check in. Waited a few minutes with another person waiting behind me while the front desk person was eating on the other side of the wall. Room was clean but later figured out that the AC was not working. Went to the front desk to get moved to another room, but they said there are not more rooms available and there are no other options for us. When asked for a refund, he said I would have to wait till the morning when a manager is available since he cannot issue any refund. I asked for some cold bottles of water on the house and he was nice enough to abide with that so we could at least cool down a little bit. When I asked for a refund in the morning the manager said they could not refund because I booked with Priceline. She later admitted that they should not have booked the room before inspecting that the AC was working so it did "fall under the hotel" but still could not issue any refund. She said the best she could do is give us 1000 credit point towards the hotel which would take off about $20 our next stay with potential... no AC according to their standards. Breakfast was not enough for the amount of people staying, the bacon was gone within the first hour and no more was made.
