*Update after Reply Below** These people lie a lot. It is funny that they can get on here to reply but I have yet to speak with the manager after three days. We have NOT received an email with any proof of damaged towels. They have NOT contacted me whatsoever. We DID report what happened to the shower head and no action was taken nor apology given. I gave a 5 staar rating on check in and before all of this unwarranted drama. So many people have had this experience or similar obviously and we all aren't lying. They need a whole new staff and manager at this point! Do better Best Western! Horrible Experience My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. At first rhe service was hospitable. I did notice that the elevator made a loud clunking noise and we were afraid each time we used it. The breakfast t was okay. Some of it was cold by the time we got downstairs to eat. While taking a shower, my husband adjusted the shower head and the thing came off. I called downstairs to report it, but no one came to fix it. We left it on the sink. We checked out and I received my receipt. A couple of days later, I noticed that the mount on the transaction changed for $35 less. No one informed us of anything. I called and they said that a mud size towel was damaged by a some paint and a little got on a sheet. My kids used some kid paint while we were there and I used a towel to protect the floor. They were never on the bed. I was told the manager would send pictures. I never received them. I called two days in a row but no manager nor did I receive the pictures. I spoke with Expedia to see if they could get to the bottom of it and they lied on us to Expedia. They stated that we only reported the shower head situation during check out, were told about extra charges, and only started complaining when we found out the $35 charge. False. I am going to contact the corporate office because this unacceptable! The staff there doesn't try to explain or get the assistance needed. Everyone says speak with the manager who isnt available or sends you to voicemail. I will not recommend using this hotel. *Now reading through the other reviews and it is scary how many reflect some things we experienced (that i left out of this review i e. Dust, watching every little thing, calling your room, etc). Something needs to be done about thus hotel!

Our generous company booked this place for our work training trip. There’s much to say about how disappointing we were staying here. The rooms smelled like mold, probably rain damage at sometime. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Bed had cracker crumbs in the sheets and hairs. I complained and had room cleaned apparently. I was stuck and should have left my co worker and paid for somewhere else on my own but was stuck riding a rental nit under my name. What a nightmare trip. The same breakfast was served every day of that week we were there, just leftovers from the day before. So obviously disrespectful of the establishments managers or whoever made those decisions. From the outside it looks ok but it’s like biting into a piece of fruit that looks delicious only to find it rotten on the inside. I’ll spare you the most disgusting parts and other disappointing parts of our experience here.

This was my first time visiting Houston, TX, and unfortunately, my hotel experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, there was no warm welcome, no courtesy, and no effort to make me feel valued as a guest. The breakfast was also below expectations—the food tasted old, and even the muffins seemed stale from previous days. Simple gestures such as a greeting, a “thank you,” or any sign of genuine hospitality were completely missing. Overall, this left a very poor impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I checked in the Best Western Premier 7495 W. Greens Rd on Saturday November 29 and I checked out in Sunday November 30. I checked my account on Wednesday December 3 and there was a $36 charge in my account. I called the hotel and they told me that I was charged for makeup on a pillow that would not come out. They washed the pillow case and since the makeup did not come out, they threw it away and it was damaged since the makeup did not come out. I spoke with a gentleman named Chris Samya and he was VERY RUDE, told he he was tired of repeating himself . They charged my account and that was it. I will never return to this hotel
