I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, with a fresh and inviting ambiance that made it easy to relax after a long day of meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was professional and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's peaceful environment allowed me to focus on work while also enjoying some downtime. I highly recommend this place for business travelers or anyone looking for a clean and refreshing stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All I’ve mentioned is the truth. I had a very disappointing stay. At 4 a.m., someone repeatedly knocked on our door, and it turned out to be a drunk individual playing a prank. When we reported it to the front desk, all they did was apologize, with no further action taken. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9 a.m., but by 8:20, there were no eggs or milk left, and no refills were provided. On top of that, our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night, despite staying for two nights. Not to mention, the staff's attitude was very routine and lacked any passion. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to these issues.

I had the experience of going through Priceline and since I'm familiar with the Westchase District I tried them out. Upon wanting to stop in early to see how can I retrieve my room key since the check-in was for 3pm and I had to be to work for 230pm it startled me because upon entering the first set of doors the second does were locked. I stood at the door and there was a small frame built, fair skin young lady at the desk. We made eye contact and she came to the intercom to tell me to come back at 3pm. Being that I wanted to ask a question and upon trying to asked the question I was cut off in the middle of my sentence just for her to tell me again to come back at 3pm. I then asked her to listen and stop cutting me off and I saw I was not going to get no where with her, and I was not going to continue the conversation over an intercom. I proceeded to go to my car to call into the hotel to speak with a manager or sometime other than hey. I made two attempts (1st) she says hello, I says hello and was then met with a dial tone, (2nd attempt) she picked up the phone and said, hold for a minute I noticed no one was standing at the desk for her to have me on hold listening to music that long and to find out she was just sitting at the desk. So I'm observing the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and for whatever reason I'm still on hold at 10:24am to 10:37am. I'm just waiting to speaking to someone so I them hung up and tried calling corporate. I then proceeded to my normal schedule which was church and then to work but I wanted to call back just to see if I can get someone because at this point I'm confused and started to get frustrated. I was able to speak to someone at the desk and this young lady is from Louisiana. She was VERY PROFESSIONAL, APOLOGETIC FOR MY EXPERIENCE I ENDURED. Just by speaking with her she was able to answer my question and concerns. The conversation was very welcoming. I then felt appreciated and once retrieving my key because she left before I got off from work I wanted to thank her but the young lady that took over the shift was also very polite and welcoming and then really had a change of heart. So to end this review. I will recommend others and myself the stay here but I do ask that when dealing with the public you have to 1. Listen, be courteous, RESPECTFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL because you never know what people are going through. Now during my stay I was able to speak with Ms Sonia the front desk manager and to me all she did was apologize She didn't seem far bit interested of what happened She didn't bother to offer any accommodation or anything she would speak with that individual and that was it and that didn't sit right with me until I'm now today February 28th or reading the other reviews I should have did my research shame on me but yeah I would never return not refer anyone here ever again! Personally I gave a three-star due to the fact that yes my room was clean but I did report bug infestation in the bathroom. Other than that what made my visit a little comfortable was the fact the two young ladies the one that was from Louisiana and the co-worker that relieved he I cannot recall their name but they did made me feel welcomed other than that the that young lady in the morning and management needs attend Customer Service classes because is very well needed ❣️❣️

This place was definitely below acceptable. At first glance it appears to look nice. It’s reasonably clean however, the front desk person was very rude. Had an attitude as if though we were disturbing or inconveniencing her. However, she did check us into a room. We got upstairs, the room reeked of cigarette smoke & had roaches so we went back to ft desk. The second room they seem to work and there wasn’t any roaches upon visual inspection however, once all tucked in the bed, we turned on the TV and it didn’t work had an error message. We called & inquired. She said i’ll come up and try to fix it she came upstairs & was like there’s nothing we can do. ( I responded, I’m sorry Ma’am, you check into hotel with the notion that you’re gonna be able to use the amenities) she replies you can speak with manager. Upon waking in the morning, the continental breakfast was trash a whole disaster I asked to speak to the manager, and I was rudely told they arrive at noon, which checkout was at noon so it’s convenient that they have no intentions of correcting the issues don’t go there.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a long time… I was so happy and comfortable with the way it is run, they keep the place clean and smelling good. The front desk was very kind and efficient, especially Ken and Christine. The cleaning crew is thorough and friendly but the best part was the kitchen lady Carmen, she kept the food area clean and made sure we were well fed in the morning. The location was top notch 👍🏽 I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a great time away from home.
