Westgate Bowling

Came from out of town for a little vacation, and we were looking forward to playing at this alley because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, from the moment we stepped in the experience was a disappointment. The air in here is so cold it hurts the nostrils, and then the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude. She gave us the wrong size after we very clearly stated our shoe size, assuming we wanted a size down. Then, I had to ask for the lane and she did not put our names into the system. When we took our shoes to go find the lane because she did not give any instructions, I saw her kind of wave he thanks sarcastically and roll her eyes. We had some fun, but the customer service is terrible. If you don't want to work somewhere, then don't. We were being very polite and just asking to clarify the things like price and how long we could play.

Hosted my staff holiday party here last night and it was league night but we arrived around 8:45pm and the gentleman working was so helpful. I really enjoyed how seamless it was to book 2 lanes for 12 of my staff to bowl. Such a great deal on Mondays to bowl $12pp unlimited. The lady working the bar also was so kind and quick. I love the old school aspect and glad this business is thriving! It was very busy on a Monday night.

Haven't been here in 15 yrs They put us on a lane that the computer system couldn't keep accurate score , we mentioned it to them and they wanted to move us next to a kids party.. Nope Several times we had to reset the pins because when they came down feom the rack, not all the pins showed up. They finally had a lane open up, so we did move and played one more game When we went to pay the woman wanted to charge us for both games even though we didn't finish the first one, when another employee over heard this, he finally only charged us for one... why was this even a discussion? Your lane, pin rack and computer all were malfunctioning They are also at the high end of pricing as well compared to San Marcos

It's got that awesome old-school family vibe! It might not be super fancy or modern like some spots, but you're also paying less than half of what other spots charge...

We've learned to bow,l we've met great friends and we enjoy coming every week. The folks are friendly and pleasant, we've never once been treated badly. The staff has always been nice.
