I came in to book a party. The event coordinator showed me the private suites got all my info, saved my date and told me all was good for my party coming up. Texted and called the phone on her card the coming Monday, no response ! Called the number again no response, decided to personally come and speak to a manager. Thankfully I came across Angelina who was very helpful and took her time to check everything and it turns out that my private suites along with my party, were never saved in the system! If it wasn’t because I came in, and I kept insisting I would’ve never found out that the previous event coordinator canceled everything without even telling me. I’m very thankful for Angelina taking her time to help me however I did request for someone to speak to the other person because you can’t just Cancel or remove something that has already been saved after I personally went and did everything with you. The event coordinator assured me that everything was in the system and now because of her mistake I had to get different rooms and different time. I ended up booking with Angelina, Ended up in different rooms, Different time and I just hope that everything goes smooth 🙏 Place is amazing but they definitely need to make sure customer service is a priority! Edited -After Party Party was great! Host went above and beyond! Definitely recommend this place 😊

We had a great experience at Urban Air Trampoline Park in Houston Heights! My daughter had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave. There were plenty of activities to keep her entertained, and everything was well organized. I was especially impressed with how clean the entire facility was, from the play areas to the seating and restrooms. It’s clear the staff works hard to maintain a safe and clean environment. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🏼💯

I came today to Urban Air by 610 and had a very disappointing experience. My daughter and I have been coming to this location for quite a while, and she has always enjoyed playing on the obstacle attractions. She is never alone — she is always supervised by an adult to make sure she is safe. Today we were told she could not participate in certain activities that she has done many times before. Staff said there were new rules or changes, but the way it was handled was very confusing and frustrating. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the employees. The staff we interacted with were not polite and came across as very rude. I also noticed something that was very concerning. While my daughter was not allowed to participate, I saw several younger children being allowed to go into the same attraction. This happened multiple times, which made it seem like the rules were being applied inconsistently or that staff were picking and choosing who could participate. Because of this experience, I will be canceling my membership. It is very disappointing because my daughter really liked coming here. I also asked if the location was under new management because things felt very different, but I was told it was not. Overall, this experience was very upsetting and disappointing. I hope management looks into how guests are being treated and how the rules are being enforced, because this was not the level of service we used to receive here.

Arrived at 4:15pm today and there are about 20 people waiting. No one is at the counter. I go upstairs to see what’s going on and ask if there should be someone downstairs. They send a trainee down who admits he is new and doesn’t know what to do. Another employee comes down a few minutes later to start checking people in. Most of the employees seem uninterested and have no sense of urgency. The card machine for the video games wasn’t working I had to get them to fix that. And then later after I buy the card I find the machines are nearly empty without the toys or prizes. Other than that this is a beautiful place with lots of stuff for the kids to do. Lots of potential if the management were to improve.

I absolutely loved everything about this park from the first day I walked in it. The owner was there and assisted with booking a party for my son. On the day of the party, I was able to set up my decor 10 mins sooner than expected just because the manager was sooo cool about it. My host Ezra and some friends helped me set up and break down my party. Everyone that attended was so amazed at how clean the area was and how attentive the staff was. It was crowded (day after the grand opening) but all of my party guest were able to ride everything more than once. The pricing!??? That was my favorite part. I booked 2 party rooms (20 kids) and it was so convenient priced! One of the cheapest kids places I’ve been to celebrate my kids birthdays. We will definitely take that 45 mins drive again.
