As a doctor of physical therapy, I really appreciated Gabby's sculpt class this morning, it was well thought out and programmed. I loved having 3 sets of each exercise so I could improve my form and really feel the workout. I really feel like it was total body in 45 minutes, she gave great modifications and ways to challenge the exercise. I love how the core and breath work was incorporated in the beginning but also throughout the class to keep us engaged in posture and check. Also I loved the well staffed front desk and lavender cold towels after the workout.. I definitely felt like I had the red carpet experience.

Reim is the best!!! Her flow style, soothing voice and form knowledge makes the experience something I look forward to each week now. & Love the hot towel at the end. The studio has nice views of Yale st and always very clean.

Literally love this place! I started coming in January of ‘25, then in August of ‘25 I had surgery. I’m now 6 months post surgery and am stronger than I was before because of how amazing the instructors are! The whole staff, front desk, instructors are amazing and so kind! The place is clean, pretty, and such pretty views of the area through the windows, so it’s a vibe. It’s become my happy place but also break from reality place!

Warm studio environment that offers both Pilates and yoga. Very friendly instructors all around. Classes are challenging and/or grounding depending on what you’re taking, which I really appreciate. I’m sure I will continue to enjoy more classes here!

Patricia is my favorite instructor at Studio BE. I take all her classes : Strength Pilates with Kettlebells, Reformer & Slow Flow Yoga! She is so knowledgeable, motivating, and always leaves me feeling stronger and centered.
