I've been attending classes here for several months and it's been awesome. Chad and JT and the upper belts are great to work with. I just turned 40, have no prior MMA experience, and I look forward to class every week! If you're looking to stay in shape, learn practical self defense techniques, and rank up in the BJJ system, Sugar Land MMA is a great place. Definitely recommend!

The gym atmosphere was very welcoming! The technique of the day was great and the sparring was amazing. The team was very friendly during my rolls which was nice because I am getting back to it after some lengthy time off. I will be signing up and look forward to continuing my journey here! My 10 year old has been going here for the last 12 months. AS A PARENT, BEST DECISION I EVER MADE FOR HIM. He is confident, disciplined and getting stronger. All credit to the Amazing Coaches (Coach Steven, Coach Laura)…under the close watchful eye of Professor Chad Kight. You want your kids to do great in school, life in general, let them be part of competitive sport and nothing like MMA. Teaches discipline, humility, camaraderie and care. Yes, all these qualities while learning a combative sport. All credit to the amazing coaches and Prof. Thank You SL MMA

I signed back up after a hiatus of financial issues on my part. Gotta say, its been nothing but high praise returning to class. Chad is awesome and class is absolutely without a doubt positive vibes with jiu jitsu rolls everyday. Learning the arts is the adventure itself ya'll. This is part of my comeback story!
