I have been at snap for almost 5 years and was perfectly happy with the gym, so when I found out the gym was moving and we were getting better equipment I was excited to see how they would improve it. now that I have seen the new gym for myself I am not a fan of it and thats putting it lightly. The new gym is a fraction of the size of the old facility and the some of old equipment that I liked has been replaced with worse clunkier versions of the old equipment. if you're clausterphobic this is NOT the gym for you, all the machines are shoved into a tiny area and I constantly trip over them. I enjoyed my time at snap and I appreciate it for helping me get stonger during my time there, but I am canceling my membership and will be moving to a different gym.

I joined Snap pre-Covid as I was tired of all the gym jerks sitting on equipment while on their phones. I wanted a smaller gym without all the rudeness. I found that at SNAP. Yes, the new facility is smaller but there has never been more than 10 people in there while I am training. It has everything I need for my goals. The Equipment is top-notch and there is plenty of it. It is clean, quiet and open 24/7. I worked with Damond and have lost 35 pounds since June and feel great.

New location - a little smaller than the original but still sufficient. They have added a lot of new (and better) equipment. It is quieter and cleaner than the larger gyms around and most importantly, it is available 24/7!

I love Snap Fitness! Every time I come in, Sophia greets me with a warm welcome. She was very helpful today, I asked her a few questions about my account and freezing it, and she answered everything clearly.

This business doesn’t know how to keep costumers. I’ve talked to many individuals who have gone to this fitness, and most almost all of them are quitting and leaving to EOS fitness, including me. The owner doesn’t know how to manage their business. I understand you want to cut down on rent, but your solution obviously didn't work out as planned.
