We love Sky High Rentals! The entire process was easy and straightforward. The drop off and pick up was fast and the crew was professional and helpful. They helped us plug it in and set up the hose and put everything where we wanted it. Will definitely use Sky High again!

Incorrect rental item arrived (1.5 hours later than promised delivery time). I rented the sports bounce house - The delivery crew told me they were told to deliver the incorrect item and didn’t even have the “sports” velcro to make it look halfway decent. After contacting customer service I was informed that if I had accepted the drop off and didn’t have the crew return to pick it up in the middle of our party a refund wasn’t an option. 1 hour later it started to deflate and lifted off the ground with children inside. Realized 2 of the corners were not staked down to top it all off. Extremely dissatisfied. Terrible company with zero integrity.

They made everything easy – knowledgeable teams set up and picked up when scheduled. Very polite and pleasant to deal with. And of course, it was the hit of the party, and the kids had great fun.

My family appreciate Steve and crew setting up even though it rained pretty heavy. No issues and the equipment was nice and durable. I believe the friends are going to truly enjoy the experience of a party rental. On the day to retrieve the team was right on time and got everything out with ease. Thanks and Jehovah’s blessings upon you!

We had an absolute blast with the inflatable slip slide and pool from Sky High Party Rentals! It was the highlight of our neighborhood gathering—fun for everyone from toddlers to adults. The slide was fast, safe, and had a great splash zone at the end. Great pricing! Sky High was amazing to work with—great communication, very flexible with delivery and pickup times, and their customer service team was incredibly kind and helpful. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The equipment was clean, sturdy, and in excellent condition. We’ll definitely be renting from them again!
