Ever since Alexa joined in 2022, Coach Robert and Coach Alejandro—along with other awesome student trainers—have been nothing short of amazing. They’re patient, encouraging, and really know how to connect with the kids. What I love most is that they don’t just teach martial arts as a sport—they focus on the full picture. They help the kids grow physically and mentally, building their character, confidence, and discipline every step of the way. I love this place, highly recommended!

Love the coaches and their dedication towards the kids! They make the class fun, all while challenging kids to do better and learn the basics of Martial Arts!

PMA RO has been the karate home for my kid since 2023. Excellent coaches, good values, nice clean space. Children are happy to learn in this enviroment.

If I could give a zero I would. For a facility that has such high prices I would expect for it to look clean, organized and put together. Not worth it for the price. It was evident that they are not organized. I can see the employees doing their best and making relationships and connection, doing the best they can with what they are given. I believe that the ownership needs to understand that organization is very important to our peace of mind and not only that but lean away from the toxic masculinity. I’ve also heard that people have been getting skin irritations from the mats! Lastly, I also went to the heights location, thinking it might be different, and Nick the instructor, was coming off very strong. Pushing the sell on me and making me uncomfortable. I felt like he was bullying me. I didn’t appreciate his attitude and I would prefer for my children to have better role models.

My son loves his classes here, especially his premier training. Coach Robert and Coach Alejandro are great teachers, role models and focused on improving each students skill. My son loves learning the different weapons. I love the discipline, focus and values they incorporate into classes.
